「If you in town for a few days and need a place that feels like home, this is a great place to go. Opened in July 2019, so everything still very new and clean. The facilities are very thoughtful, such as a basket of water near the elevator for you to pick up whenever you want and using the passcode instead of traditional keys. 「The best staff is Asaunee, he is so helpful and kind to us. We had a 13 hours flight to have our first day of honeymoon, but we arrived too early that day. He was provide very good service to us, also very professional. Thank you once again! we had a great time during our stay.」

「perfect place for stay 」

「Walking distance from Paris East & Paris Nord station, but closer to Paris East. Room with window, small but still acceptable. Most of hotels in this area are small, so I'm ready to accept small room here. Bed is comfortable, but bathroom is narrow, not easy for me even I'm only 160cm height and standard shape. Staff are very friendly & gentle. The lift is small & slow, so if you are in a rush, be sure to reserve more time on waiting. 」

「Poor service from night shift staff, morning team overall nice and helpful. Didn’t refill toilet paper, need to request twice. Requested one more pillow but end up need to wait next day (said full house and don’t have spare…..) 「The location is really great, only 5 mins walk to gare du nord. The decorations of hotel is new and fancy. Staff are nice and helpful. The only thing i feel disgusted, this area was too many beggar and drunkard, they yelling at the street and also yelling to us, it was scary! And it seems many bad ppl standing outside the gare du nord, need extra care on all your belonging.」

"I ordered a Privilege room for one single person, but eventually I was assigned a two-bed room without bathtub. When I went to the staff and asked about this, they just responded “we cannot fulfill everyone’s requirement, it depends on what we have at the moment.” What made me sulky is their attitude, so cold and unfriendly. About paying the city tax, they were not willing to make change. I’ve been to Paris over 20 times and I have never met this situation. A hotel with this kind of reception staff DO NOT deserve to be a 3-star hotel. By the way, I can hear the sound and vibration of trains (could be the metro) from very early morning till the midnight. This is also annoying to me. I definitely won’t choose this hotel next time I come to Paris."
