「The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.」

「Easy going hotel in Caen. Very helpful and accommodating staff, nice breakfast. Caen city center 5min drive away. Good "base" to visit and cover the D-Day beaches and key landmarks. Caen is also worth a tournée.」

「The staff, especially the manager were amazing, helpful, and welcoming. The room was great! There was no room cleaning while we were there (they told us this would be the case). Location was also very good and we did use the parking. The lot entrance is a little hidden and around the block, but once we knew where it was, it was good. (20Euro per day). We did not have the breakfast, but did use the coffee machine which was 2Euro for various hot drinks. Kitchenette was well-stocked though again we...
