“The location of the apartment is excellent in walking distance to many sights and restaurants. The apartment would have been rated higher but several things were disappointing. We had no hot water for the duration of our stay and no attempts made to fix it. The refrigerator had no freezer. There were no starter coffee pods, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, kitchen sponge. All of these are correctable and would have made our stay more enjoyable.”

“We cannot recommend this rental enough! First of all it’s an Ideal location. The neighborhood is charming and the apartment is cozy and exceeded all our needs. My two teenage sons loved the loft. Super close to the Metro. We walked to all the museums and Notre Dame. Close to shopping and most importantly…so many superb restaurants, bakeries, cafes within walking distance. The host, Jean, answered a ton of our questions very quickly. He saved the day by helping us navigate the train to Lille to……

It had everything needed, however there were some problems: - Bathroom had very strong smell of mold, and lots of patches of mold both within the shower (including across the shower curtain) and around the wider bathroom area. Unless bathroom door was kept closed, entire apartment would smell strongly of mold - Many of the light fittings and plug sockets didn't work - The door on the dishwasher didn’t fully close therefore meaning water would leak out and it was very noisy -……

“The apartment was not quite what i expected. However. The apartment was the most convenient place i have ever been. Dozens of shops to buy food within a few blocks. Hundreds of restaurants thousands of places to shop. Public transportaion to anywhere in the city minutos away. Números tourist destinatios within walking distance. Truly wonderful for a tourist.”

Only thing was door lock was very tight and it took us good few minutes to lock the door every time we went out. Also you could only lock the door inside with the key so if someone wants to leave at night, we needed to stay up and open the door.
