"Staff and rooms are bar none the best in Madrid. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, and the Wellington club access rooms are worth the splurge (complimentary snacks and small plates through the day and evening, deck access if weather permits (or you smoke) and complementary drinks- think high end airport lounge. It goes above and beyond in every way, even though it has the best location in Madrid. "

"Location is premium. Breakfast is excellent. Cleanliness is great. Staff are super nice and helpful. Rooms are new and clean. Hallways are super clean. My only note is that we expected the hotel to provide grapes for new year midnight celebration as most hotels in spain do. I wish the lobby was bigger but that is not possible due to the building shape."

"Great location in Madrid and a really lovely stay overall. The hotel is small but perfect, with clean rooms that are a good size. The staff were very friendly, especially at check-in. One of the girls on reception kindly let us check in early as our room was ready, which we really appreciated after travelling. A nice extra touch was the daily water bottles each morning, along with a 24-hour coffee machine, drinks and snacks available upstairs. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it."

"Well located, this property is worth considering if you’re the kind who doesn’t mind walking around, including going to the main centres of attraction (Museo Nacional del Prado, Reina Sofia Museo, etc.). The staff is very friendly and ready to give you a hand in case you’re looking for restaurants. The breakfast buffet is well served but might need some extra in the “health section” with more choices. "
