「The Hotel does need renovation to compete with newly build hotel chain. The room size is descend, but the furniture is old and has many scratch. If can do some renovation, I am sure can bring back many more customers.」

「All very good except for Saturday night when there was live entertainment below us, not informed of this. Staff offered another room but didn’t want to change as it was late and we were tired. Breakfast served by a lovely lady so friendly. Room very good. Staff great . Thank you 」

「The tub is hard to get in and the plastic door above the tub is uneasy to shut, therefore it leaks. The condition is excellent.」

「這間酒店是沒有冷氣設備，只提供風扇，夏天可能會有一點熱。 早上酒店樓下會有清潔人員用機械掃地，會有一點聲響，可能會影響休息。 如果你想去 University of Northampton 的話，地點是一流，酒店位於大學內，十分方便。步行前往 Northampton 市中心大概 15分鐘，也是十分方便。」

「Comfortable clean and warm room, lovely staff, great, friendly pub.」

「Super quiet location, rooms were beautifully done and recently refurbished. Very much liked the underfloor heating in the bathroom and super comfy bed. The communal area and restaurant were closed when we visited but there is a fab deli, 2 mins up road and linked to wider Castle Ashby estate. Overall a gem of a hotel and ideal for quiet break to relax and refresh. 」

「Room was lovely and clean. Staff very lovely and friendly. Only issue i had was the room above us was very noisy. Got up and had a shower at 3am. Bed comfy. 」

「Very conveniently located right next to the big mall. They use “The White Conpany” products which is very good.」

「Everything.. staff listened and acted accordingly . Changed to lower floor when I mentioned my knees at my age was complaining about stairs. Room was tidied regularly and topped up daily. 」
