「 staff needs to improve on how they treat their guests. They seem to favor on group over the other. could be a hereditary factor. Ex i came to drop off the beach towels. i handed the front desk employee and he directed me to a box. Ok fine, couple of days later a couple did the same thing and they took the towels from them. small issue, perhaps. Another example, sitting down at mood beach club for brunch and my girlfriend came over to meet me and she was stopped by a staff.... little annoying...

「The staff works hard and are always pleasant and accommodating. Food needs improvement, not always hot and limited variety. The rooms need more outlets to charge devices not at the desk, family friendly, pool was fun, small beach area, fun casino. There should be notice of what restaurants are open which days. The tour desk is very helpful, friendly and informative. Fans are needed in the Rendezvous bar area, very hot sitting there. GREAT sunsets!!」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Royal Sea Aquarium. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We particularly appreciated the fact that the resort is small and quiet, it’s easy to get around. We had a wonderfull view on the ocean. The room was super clean. The food at the restaurant was really good too. 」

「The Element is a very good place to stay the local atmosphere is great they welcome you with open arms. Very good place to stay the roof top staff is amazing Xrp to the moon. The front desk ms.chelsea was very helpful and was able to check in hassle free with great convenience and conversation. The star of the stay is Ms.Sasha took her time to clean while maintaining her welcoming positive energy thank you so much I suggest everyone stay here Bondia!!!」

「It was a nice stay for us who needed one night between flights The place is celan. Air conditioner in the room nice and cool. Hot water in the shower and it was nice and clean The staff was kind and always smiling especially the girl at the front desk. The location is amazing. We could walk to the Kura Huland and enjoy dining, and also walk to the floating bridge and all the area around Otrobanda Also walking distance to lots of amenities 」

「Our travel group loved the space and amenities of the BijBlauw 2 bedroom apartment. The space was gorgeous and kitchen included all amenities including dishes and cutlery perfect for meals out on the terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful both within the hotel space and the restaurant. BijBlauw gave us the perfect place to relax and recharge after our adventures around Curaçao.」
