"We have stayed here twice now and found it ok both times first was all inclusive the food is good feels a bit canteen like in the restaurants the pools are good both smaller ones and the big pool. Entertainment was good by the pool with the big mat got lots of engagement maybe they should do that daily "

"We just returned from our third trip to Lanzarote in four years, and it was fantastic! The villa where we stayed was by far the best one we've experienced. It had everything we could possibly need and truly felt like home. The Wi-Fi signal was excellent—no issues at all.We slept soundly on the super comfortable beds every night, and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool. And the heated swimming pool? It was pure bliss! The artificial grass surrounding it was perfect for playing football with a volleyball; we had such a fun time!Let’s not forget the rooftop! The 360-degree views were incredible. The sky lit up at night with stars, and the Moon shone brightly. If you have a telescope, bring it along—you won’t miss the chance to see the planets up close!We will be back. "

"We had a fab time here. Our room was spacious, clean and had a fantastic view of the pool. Plenty of choices for breakfast, all very tasty. The pools are clean and the water has a pleasant temperature. The hotel is located next to a very beautiful beach and the marina. They arranged a surprise for my partner’s birthday. All staff are friendly and approachable. Cocktails by the preferred club pool were superb. "

"There should be more clarity regarding the area the property is in, tho residential and well-kept it is on the very edge of Playa Blanca, virtually the last house before the area turns into the brown/black volcanic landscape, there are no buildings beyond it. However the property was well equipped and spotless,the lady who checked me in and out was kind and accommodating when I arrived early. "

"There are issues with this property all of which as single entities wouldn't have been a problem. However as a collective it needs to be addressed. We arrived at 2.30 pm (check in was from 2pm) and were advised that we would be met on arrival. There were several people in the villa, doing jobs. There was rubbish, paint pots & rollers, bin bags, linens on the floor, the pool was dirty & a difficulty in communication as to what was going on. A male arrived and they asked us to give them an hour, which we willingly accepted. On our return, the property was ready and here starts the list of niggles. The bathrooms smelt of paint which lingered for several days. The towels were obviously very old and worn,( but clean). The shower screens and doors didn't fit properly, which caused massive flooding. One toilet roll holder was unusable One of the bath panels was rotten. There was no sink plug in another. In the kitchen, the microwave and hob lights didn't work, the sink plug was useless.There wasn't sufficient cutlery for the amount of guests, the blender didn't work and there was a lack of kitchen crockery. There were no pegs. There wasn't enough patio chairs to eat outside. The pool dropped about 8 inches of water a day so we had to keep refilling it. The wifi was iffy and didn't work in the bedrooms, and we had to contact the host 3 times to get it re set to get any service at all. It wasn't the exact villa in the picture, but similar. It was poor presentation and seemed half done"

"The villa was very clean and spacious. Pool was well maintained and used extensively mornings and evenings when we were not out sightseeing or at one of Lanzarotes numerous beaches. Playa Blanca shopping just a few minutes away in a car or a 20 minute walk to the main centre of the town. There were plenty of towels provided to use at the house or take to the beach. The only thing I would recommend the owners could provide is some soap for the bathrooms? It was a bit strange that there was none whatsoever in the kitchen or any bathroom when we arrived on the island on our evening flight. WiFi was excellent and everything electrical and plumbing-wise in the villa worked. We would certainly book this house again if we were planning another holiday in Lanzarote in the future. "
