「The hotel room is huge, and every detail is perfect. From the watch to the wine, everything is impeccable. Moreover, the hotel's location is close to the center of Bath, making it incredibly convenient for finding food and going shopping. The staff is also extremely polite, and the handsome young man from concierge, in particular, is exceptionally nice to us. He attentiveness made my partner and me feel like VIPs. 「You will hear the sound of wood platform while other guess walking around. This ok to me as I live in a lousy place. It would be a problem for those request absolute quiet.」

「Checkin was very brief, receptionist was busy helping someone else so started to check us in even though we were happy to wait. Didn’t give us any info on breakfast etc, good job we had stayed here before! Bed was very uncomfortable and very squeaky floorboards in the bedroom but room was very clean and spacious. Location is spot on for the beach and town, in walking distance. You do have to pay for the car park but roads close by are free to park if you are lucky enough to get a space.」

「去年九月已經 Expedia 預定 曾經入住過的Francis Hotel classic room，在行程單上説明會送一支紅酒的，但酒店職員説沒有顯示，最後補送了。花洒組合設計不佳，因去水平台太淺，女士們洗頭加洗澡一定溢滿平台而弄濕整個洗手間；而供應的洗澡及洗髮液只有姆指大的容量不能照顧到兩位成人住客。尤幸職員友善，及位於酒店地下的 BB 餐廳值得推薦，晚上用餐情調極佳，當晚侍侯的 Salvador 服務一流，應該一讚。 酒店整體很好，只需留意一些細節加以改善，保持水準。」
