Great Wolf Lodge Concord

Great Wolf Lodge Concord

8/10 Good
"The staff was really great and we had a good time. The cleanliness of our room was not good. I would have expected the room to have clean floor which it did not ( my daughter wiped a small area with a sanitizing wipe and it was BLACK . huge gouges in the floor. The room smelled really bad like dog and alot of our plugs did not work. For the amount paid for the room, I would expect it to be clean and in working order. The staff were super helpful and friendly and we did have a great time."
