GREAT communication, location and property!

Came to ski Snowbird and it was the perfect location. Close to the canyon, but also close to great restaurants and activities in Sandy during the evening. The property manager was super communicative, and we have had TERRIBLE communication with VRBO manager in the past, so this was very appreciated. The property was nice, clean and had everything we needed for the stay!

Fantastic rental

Property was perfect for our family ski vacation. Plenty of room for everyone and fully stocked kitchen to eat some meals at home. Hot tub was great after a full day of skiing. Property was great location for all the ski areas we went to. Communication with Property manager was excellent. Definitely would stay again.

Solid ski stay

Pretty solid for 2 couples and 2 singles (2 king beds and 1 full bunk)Fully functional hot tub and bath jets were a rarity as well.The primary beds were all great, the sofa beds were functional but janky, didn't have top sheets and the selection of extra blankets were rather scratchy.Unfinished basement had a ping pong table and Foosball which was fun. Kitchen had only the basics, but all the basics.Bus stop to the ski resort was a 5min walk north which was great. Overall a lovely stay!

Overall good

Check in process was very easy. Property was clean. We had Thanksgiving dinner and brought several things from home but the kitchen was very well appointed and would very easily handle normal everyday meals. The property is on a busy street but close to shopping.

Great Overall

This was a good place overall. My only complaint was that the blanket on the master bedroom bed wasn't clean upon arrival. But, there were other blankets that were clean to use so it really wasn't that big of a deal.

Overall nice place. Remote for tv downstairs did not work washing machine needed fixing. But overall was a nice stay. Salt water hot tub was nice, as well.

NYE Family Ski Trip

Home was great. Very clean and cozy! Close to major stores and restaurants. 30-40 min drive to ski resorts. The hot tub was a major plus after a long day of skiing. The play room downstairs kept the kids entertained. Kitchen equipped with just about everything if you need it. Would recommend, especially for ski trips!

What a fantastic rental!

My elderly parents and 5 adults siblings were all in the Salt Lake City area for a funeral. This rental was beautiful, comfortable, convenient and provided a great place to come together during an emotional time. Checking in and out was a breeze. The ping pong table in the basement was home to an incredible tournament that was so much fun! Thank you for a great stay!

When arrived the unit was a complete mess. No cleaning had been done. Management company could not get it cleaned until next day. Had to spend night in another unit nearby but had to be out by 10 am and could not go to my unit as was not cleaned. Still waiting for a manager to call me back. Been three days

Family Ski Trip

The property was perfect for us. It looks like the basement may be in the process of being finished, which will provide even more space in the future. Utah’s Best Vacation Rentals was our on-site contact, and they were SUPERB. They responded quickly to every communication, and went above and beyond to help us when one of our guests accidentally left something behind. They tracked it down and sent it in overnight delivery. We will definitely work with this company again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The loft set up and multiple tables made it easy for us to spread out as a group of 4. Hot tub and grill were great. Only mediocre aspects were the beds, which were not the most comfortable but not that bad, and the shower pressure being pretty low.I also think adding a soundbar to the TV would really upgrade that aspect. I'd say bring your own bluetooth speaker to connect if you want to really enjoy a movie.Distance to ski resorts made things easy, which is why we booked here.

Cleaners on site upon check-in time; booked inside the change window and property manager refused to let me change the reservation the following day - poor customer service. Property is in a questionable neighborhood - cars circling the same stretch of street at night.

Great location for a family Ski Christmas

The pros: Great location. 5 minutes to the bus to Brighton/Solitude. 25 minutes if you drive yourself to Brighton, Solitude or Snowbird. Easy access to and from SLC Airport or Downtown SLC. Clean, comfortable living area. Nice to have ping pong/foosball and Xbox area in the basement as well. Great (and clean) hot tub, which we got a lot of use of. Good responses from the Host company for outreach. The cons: The front door was wide open upon our arrival, so a little discomforting there. The TV remotes didn't work and were eventually replaced. The kitchen, while reasonably well equipped could use serving platters/bowls etc for family use. The beds were not comfortable and the heat was difficult to regulate for whatever reason. Over all though, we would stay again because of the great proximity to Ski, the responsiveness of the host company and nearby shopping for the essentials of our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Should have been a great stay for $2,000. Nice house, great location, BUT... The mattress in the master bedroom was worn out; no support at all. Had to sleep on the couch down stairs.The dishes in the kitchen were not clean; greasy glasses, food particles on silverware, dirty plates: had to wash them all.The dryer would not dry laundry! Took all-day to dry a load of clothing. Happened to drive by the house after we checked out and saw the cleaning staff drying the towels on a clothes line in the yard,Wish I could leave a positive review, but, for they money, rent elsewhere.

Family time

We were helping our son move to the Sandy area plus had other family meet us there so we could do some exploring. It was a great place to stay that was convenient to what we needed to do. Loved having the patio and hot tub to hang out after a day of hiking.
