讚好：整潔度和客房舒適度
Great location, small hiccups
The location is just amazing: you can see the beach from the flat, you are within half mile of almost everything.
Equipments are good, just as the cleanliness and the communciation.
The real drawback are the windows. Single glazing means that you hear anything happening in the street, could it be people going out, rain, wind.
The wood burner was purely for decoration (no wood) and there was no welcoming basket for breakfast, drinks or snack. Just the classic coffee / tea in the cupboard.
We had an issue with the entrance door (latch not opening propely from outside); we called the helpline. While it was not really a massive help (we manage to find a trick to open the door), we had somebody on the phone really quickly and I feel it could have been solved within the hour on a Saturday afternoon.
