“My first time in this hotel in Jersey, the hotel, staff and room were all very good, the inclusion of a pool and adequate gym suited me for the 7 nights I was there. The weather was very warm and the garden space to relax was also a good addition. Breakfast was good and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Recommended.”

“Wonderful 5 night stay. Staff amazing, Tracy, Esther, Lillian and Beatrice (Bea) and Jon. Can't remember all their names, sorry. Lovely choice at breakfast, food topped up even until breakfast finishing time. 24 hour sandwiches available, very useful. Lovely terrace to sit out on, but a pity it shut at 6pm. The terrace had only been open for 3 months, so this could change. Nice pool and gardens, and you could hire pool towels. Would I stay here again, most definitely. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. Whilst we were there, some decoration works were commenced indicating a recognition for ongoing maintenance is constant. The hotel would benefit from……

“Neat, tidy and spacious rooms with free full breakfast provided. In view that there is no air-conditioning in the room and guests must open the windows to get fresh air, the only drawback is that the windows are not fitted with mosquito screens.”

“The place on the whole was just really nice, all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, credit to the reception staff, the service was impeccable! The breakfast was lovely with a great choice, the bar clean and cosy and added bonus of the upstairs terrace! Food was great too on the couple of occasions we ate there! My room was small but cosy and clean with a comfortable bed so all good! Didn’t get the name of the reception staff but the little one was lovely and helpful in arranging……
