"The first room we had was noisy, as it appeared to be just below the air conditioners in the roof space, however, the next room was perfect."

"Outstanding hotel, and to my mind, the most pleasant hotel stay I can think of in the British isles. Being a 15-20min walk from the town centre it might be slightly out of the way for some (I chose it for that very reason). On the other hand, its location equips it with extensive grounds, a beautiful aspect and rooms, along with the best spa, gym and swimming pool facilities on the island. My own room was cosy and beautifully appointed, with a view overlooking the top of the city towards the harbour. One floor below, a statement staircase led to a fine restaurant and first-rate front desk, both with a knack for genial and understated hospitality. Five stars in every respect, and recommended without caveat. Thank you to the team and the managers for a reminder that stylish service never goes out of fashion."

"Check in quick simple and fast, staff very polite and friendly, the breakfast was amazing lots of choices my only grumble is breakfast is 7.30am my flight made me miss the last day would have been late for flight otherwise location of hotel was great everything is nearby lovely place to stay highly recommend this hotel thank you all"

"Lovely food. Breakfast and dinner. Bathroom very small and handbasin height is for a midget!!! Bar dinning tables height again suitable for very small guests. Bar staff very good. All staff very friendly Easy to get to main town area from hotel walking distance would stay again "

"Had a lovely 5 night stay. Nice room, very clean. Helpful staff, everyone was very friendly and nice. There are major works going on to the outside at the quay side of the hotel(March 2026), made absolutely no difference as it was too cold to sit out anyway. I’m sure this will be completed by the time the weather gets better. Overall we had a great time and would return "

"Check in was efficient, all staff very friendly, breakfast was very good with lots of choices, food served in evening in the bar was good too. Room was very nice, glad we paid the extra for the sea view as it was lovely to sit and look out at. Nice that it has a pool and jacuzzi and steam room, but prepare yourself before getting into the pool as it was very cold! We picked this hotel over others in the area because of the easy walk into St Helier and the free onsite parking but the spaces out the front of the hotel are limited and some spaces are too small to fit cars in properly and you can end up being blocked in. On our first day a lot of the parking was taken up by staff parking. There is a small overflow car park around the corner but again limited spaces. All said and done we would recommend the hotel and stay there again"

"This place was head and shoulders above the Premier Inns in the UK. I use the chain for work fairly frequently and for pleasure occasionally so I have a good idea what to expect, most are OK, a few are better and a few are poor. This one in St Helier however was exceptional. The price was very reasonable. It was very clean and airy, the young staff were exceptionally helpful and very nice. The breakfast was well cooked. Shower heat was easy to control. It was everything we wanted for a long weekend.The only slight negative from my point of view was the bath, it was a bit shallow for my tastes as I like a good wallow."
