“The room was clean, the staff were very friendly. It was hot outside so the air conditioning was very welcome. The breakfast was excellent. The only thing to be aware of is that if you have a car the Pomme D'Or does not have its own car park. You have to use the car park of a sister hotel which is a 16 minute walk away.”

“A marvellous chateau style hotel. Loved walking into the place with its great staircase. A bit of a distance from the the coast although a shuttle bus is provided. Good food and helpful staff….could change the menu a bit more often.

“A wonderful 5-day holiday. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The quality of the food in the restaurant was excellent. And the swimming pool helped in the 38C temperatures!
St Aubin is a great location; away from St Helier, but just 20 minutes away by bus. The railway walk (3 miles) to Corbiere is just on the doorstep.
A note for those with mobility issues: the hillside location gives great views, but entails a short up hill walk to the hotel; also, being an older building, there is no air……
