"This an upmarket business-style hotel. All the facilities are excellent. Stunning views over the marina and out towards Elizabeth Castle. Friendly and helpful staff.
A 10-minute walk from the town centre."
"Great hotel with outside pool.
Evening entertainment few evenings each week.
Delicious meals, all freshly made.
Spacious dining areas.
Very friendly helpful staff.
Lovely bedrooms/ensuites.
Could do with air-con in bedrooms. Despite having fans, the rooms were very hot during the week we stayed in July."
"This seems to be a perfectly reasonable 3 star hotel. Everything is kind of what you would expect, nothing is luxury, some things are dated, everything is clean, staff are very helpful. There is no style, finesse or modernity (eg bedroom doors are locked using old fashioned keys, TV stations are the absolute basic Freeview, breakfast is plentiful and varied, but very "British 1980's".) Vegans/vegetarians in our party found things a little limited. TBF it seemed standard in most pubs/restaurants I visited on the island to have just one vegan option. I guess they know their market."
"Lovely hotel, bit pricey but was rated 5* although needed few tweaks. Bathroom floor tiles cracked. Tiny toiletries had to ask for more shower gel. Apart from that room lovely, large, great bed, great aircon especially as we were there in crazy hot weather. Not a brilliant view though. Helpful staff. Breakfast great. Tricky to find hotel entrance."
"Spotlessly clean hotel , the staff were super friendly and helpful , the amenities are excellent ideal for families and couples alike , the pool area was brilliant for kids and adults , a fully equipped gym on site too , our trip included an excellent buffet hot and cold breakfast which was great , plus the other food in the main restaurant the al a carte and American diner were also great and none of which was over priced , you can sign up for a hotel card on arrival and that will give you an extra 10% of all your food and drink , there is also a kids club and entertainment on every night run by some really excellent staff very entertaining, each evening there were different acts plus quizzes bingo and music , all in all an excellent choice for a break in Jersey when we re-visit the island we will be staying there"
"We stayed in Room 12, superb view of the beach and lido / sea pool.
Spacious room, which was serviced daily.
The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful.
Buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was very fresh.
Highly recommend"
