「Booking was confirmed and it was closed on arrival. I need this looked at asap. Wasted time and petrol getting there.」

「Great place to stay, clean basic rooms, nice pool and good food and drinks at the restaurant. One suggested improvement is brighter walkways and back carpark, other than that, very good! 」

「The hotel, the grounds and the pool are wonderful. The hotel isn't on the beach but it has it's own private lagoon with a small sea wall on the other side of the road and the kayaks there are free to use. The staff are super friendly and we had an amazing two days where we visited the lava fields and blow holes. 」

「Nice hotel near the beach is the only thing that is good. Inexperience staff with minimum English. Not happy with the lack of responsibility taken when checking in. Need to update their policies re-check in.」
