I liked the fact that it is located in an area that there's immediate access to the besch and pool. What I disliked is that the furniture in the rooms need to be upgraded, they were not up to standard. The safe deposit box was rusty and did not close, so I was unable to make used of it. The telephone was not working, and the water from taking a shower ran out to the bathroom floor. They do not have/carry washcloths (had to purchased my own). The lobby is beautiful and the entire staff are cordial and very helpful!

My second time staying there. I was aware it was 3 star ahead of time. I chose this hotel because of its location and amenities. It has a great view, boat dock, and gym. The room quality is the downside.

The hotel is in very poor condition and badly maintained. There was a strong odor throughout the property, and the floors of the room and bathroom were filthy, peeling paint. My room was dirty, with damaged walls that were literally about to fall off, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. I had to leave and book another hotel because the conditions were unacceptable. The staff were polite and helpful, but unfortunately, their kindness couldn’t make up for the hotel’s poor and unsafe state. I would not recommend staying here until major repairs and deep cleaning are completed.
