The mist lovely hosts ever

The house was a very nice small FeWo with all the things you'd expect. Elena, Gianni and Anna Maria, where the kindest and most concerned hosts we ever met. The village around is also quite lively and not deserted if this is what you fear. We loved our stay in Annas holiday apartment a lot and would come back for sure if we visit Lago Maggiore again.

Schönes Haus mit Garten in guter Lage

Wir waren mit unserem kleinen Sohn in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Besonders hat uns der tolle Garten gefallen. Auch eine Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel ist vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr auf Kinder jeglichen Alters eingestellt. Das hat uns gefreut. Die Lage war für uns prima, um den Lago, seine Dörfer und Berge zu entdecken. Man ist aber auf ein Auto angewiesen. Auch gibt es im Ort kaum Fußwege für den Kinderwagen.

Alles Top, wie gewünscht….

Wir waren 7 Tage im Urlaub da. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der Ort selber ist ein kleines Dorf, man braucht dringend ein Auto zum einkaufen und in die nächsten Orte zu fahren. Die Unterkunft selber ist sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Das Bett ist mit seiner Matratze sehr bequem. Das Auto kann auf dem Innenhof geparkt werden und steht geschützt. Viele Spielsachen für Kinder im Haus und im Garten. Auch für Hunde ideal geeignet. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, so das die Hunde nicht raus können. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden mit selbst gekochten Essen und Wein begrüßt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder…

Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet, alles ist sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet! Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt ! Die Lage ist sehr gut, man hat den ganzen Tag Sonne, aber die vorhandene Überdachung im Freien spendet auch Schatten, es ist an alles gedacht worden! Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich!

A perfect stay

There is little we can add to what has already been stated in other reviews: The house is exactly as described and provided everything we needed. We liked the open floor plan of the house with the living room and kitchen leading on to the large terrace and into the garden. There is even a small patch with herbs for the kitchen. Elena and her father are very kind and generous, we felt right at home. Yes, the house is next to the main road of the small village, but the traffic is moderate. Snippets of pleasant conversation drift over from the small village bar across the street at times. Unless someone is very sensitive to noise, I wouldn't consider it a down side. One can reach both Verbania and lake Mergozzo by bicycle but has to be aware that the Village of Santino is about 100 meters of altitude above the lakes. To reach lake Mergozzo requires to cross a ridge adding almost another 100 meters and one cannot completely bypass the main road with no bicycle path and heavy traffic at times - not for the faint at heart. For everything else a car is key. Thanks for your hospitality Elena and Gianni and see you next time!

Perfekter Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Die Vermieter sind total nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal kommen. Kleines Manko, man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen, aber das macht das Haus und die Vermieter weg.

Bellissima villetta

Siamo stati in questa villetta una settimana in agosto e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Le foto sul sito rappresentano esattamente quello che è, anzi molti confort che non sono citati sono inclusi e senza alcun sovrapprezzo. La posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere i posti da visitare in zona. I nostri bambini e la nostra cagnolina si sono divertiti un sacco nel curato e attrezzato giardino. Per non parlare dei proprietari che ci hanno dato una bellissima accoglienza. Famiglia cordialissima, gentile e pronta a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Persone amanti degli animali e attenti anche ai loro bisogni. Ottima esperienza e consigliamo questa casetta soprattutto a famiglie con bimbi e cani. Grazie ancora.

Schönes Haus und wundervolle Gastgeber!!!

Casa Vacanza Anna ist ein hervorragender Ausgangsort für alle möglichen Aktivitäten (Lago Maggiore und Val Grande). Nicht zu übertreffen ist die Gastfreundschaftlichkeit der Familie Magistris (ohne aufdringlich zu sein!). Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man merkt, dass sich die Besitzer Gedanken darüber gemacht haben, was Urlauber alles so brauchen. Dafür gibt es von uns 5 *. Vielen Dank an Gianni, Anna und Elena.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage. Von hier aus erreicht man alles in kurzer Zeit. Lago Maggiore, Lago Mergozzo, Val Grande usw. Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Alles da, sogar Gewürze und Putzmittel. Einziehen und der Urlaub beginnt. Supernette Vermieter. Wenn man eines bemängeln möchte, ist es der "Berufsverkehr" zwischen 7 und 8 Uhr morgens, da das Haus an der Strasse liegt. Uns hat es nicht wirklich gestört. Wir werden auf jeden Fall das Haus weiter empfehlen und sicher auch wieder kommen.

Come a casa

Eravamo preoccupati perché erano le prime ferie con nostro figlio di 3 mesi e il nostro Labrador Argo quindi non sapevano che aspettarci. Fortunatamente abbiamo trovato questa villetta in affitto gestita da una famiglia fantastica che ci ha fatto subito sentire a casa, disponibili e gentilissimi. La casa era perfetta, proprio come nella descrizione, pulita e ordinata.

TOP

Haben lange überlegt ob wir diesen Geheimtipp weitergeben, aber… Dieses kleine Häuschen ist einfach TOP und die Vermieter total hilfsbereit und herzlich. Es ist alles da was man braucht und mehr. Der Garten war selbst für unseren kleinen Hund ausbruchsicher und auch er hat den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir hoffen bald wiederzukommen und senden ganz herzlichen Grüßen an Elena, Anna und Gianni von Cooper, Wolfgang und Marthy und die kleine Basilikum Pflanze. Ach ja, ein Auto sollte man aber haben, denn im Dorf selbst ist keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. In english: We considered keeping this little gem to ourselves but… This little house is simply TOP and the landlords are totally helpful and cordial. There's everything you need and more. The garden was even for our little dog escape-proof and he also enjoyed the stay very much. We hope to come back soon and send warm greetings to Elena, Anna and Gianni from Cooper, Wolfgang and Marthy and the little basil plant. One should have a car, as there is no shopping possibility in the village itself. Apart from that it is a very good location to explore the beautiful surroundings. Et en francais: Cette petite maison est tout simplement TOP et les propriétaires sont totalement serviables et cordiaux. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin et plus encore. Le jardin était même pour notre petit chien à l'épreuve des évasions et il a aussi beaucoup apprécié son séjour. Nous espérons revenir bientôt et envoyer des salutations chaleureuses à Elena, Anna et Gianni de Cooper, Wolfgang et Marthy et la petite plante de basilic. Oh oui, mais vous devriez avoir une voiture, parce qu'il n'y a aucune possibilité de faire du shopping dans le village lui-même.

Pace e Relax

La casa vacanza Anna è un piccolo angolo di paradiso a pochi minuti dal lago. Un villino accogliente per passare delle vacanze in relax con la famiglia. La casa è completamente accessoriata ed il giardino dotato di giochi è l'ideale per i bimbi. La fam. Magistris ci ha fatti sentire come a casa, ci hanno accolti con frutta fresca e bibite al nostro arrivo. La loro disponibilità e gentilezza è stata impagabile e torneremo sicuramente a soggiornare presso la loro struttura in futuro.

Casa molto bella e curata

Se volete passare vacanze piacevoli anche con bimbi piccoli vi consigliamo di scegliere questa. Molto bella e curata con tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi a casa. I proprietari sono stati squisiti e attenti alle nostre esigenze. Posizione strategica per visitare la zona, vicino a tutto ma nello stesso tempo fuori dalla confusione e dal traffico. Il commento di mio marito riassume bene la nostra sensazione all'arrivo: "Sarà difficile trovarne una più bella di questa le prossime volte!!!!" Grazie per aver reso davvero speciale la nostra vacanza!

Superschönes Haus, herzliche Vermieter!

Hatten einen tollen Urlaub im schönen, toll ausgestatteten Casa Anna. Besonders herzlicher Empfang von den Vermietern und alles war mit viel Liebe und Bedacht hergerichtet. Der Garten ist toll, das Haus liegt schön zentral für alle möglichen Unternehmungen, ob Wandern, Strand, Städtetouren, alles ist sehr gut und schnell erreichbar.
