Nice hotel in Reykjavik and we were able to find parking close by. Breakfast was great here and the room had a small kitchen too. The water does have a sulfur smell though

The property was lovely. There were some cleanliness issues with the room but that wasn’t a huge deal. Additionally, the venue next door was loud and the windows are thin so you can hear the music play- though I had ear plugs so it wasn’t a big deal.

Looks are deceiving. From the front it doesn’t look anything special, same can be said for the Lounge entrance, that said everything else is excellent. The hotel is right on the middle of the main shopping area. Great for restaurants, bars and shopping. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast is continental but lots of choice. You can have an evening meal in the restaurant which could easily be rated amongst Michelin standards. We were in the annexe building so may have been even better had we stayed in the main building.

Hotel Fron is centrally located with shopping, bars, and restaurants within a few steps from the front door. Bus Stop 6 is also less than a10 minute walk. Conveniently located, Hotel Fron offers clean, confortable rooms. I was particularly happy with the front desk clerk who was able to accommodate an early check-in for me in January. Moreover, he was able to change my reservation so that I did not have to change rooms the two nights I stayed.

Hotel Fron’s location is very convenient as it’s located right on Main Street. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
