“El personal del hotel es amable y servicial. Siempre con una sonrisa y un saludo. El servicio a la habitación excelente, así como la limpieza de la habitación, resurtiendo lo que se uso. Finalmente el servicio de la cena romántica, fue más que excelente. Don Josue fue un muy agradable anfitrión. Nos dejó muy satisfechos con su servicio. Si hay algo que tuviéramos que criticar (que es minimo) es que el vodka que usan en sus cócteles no siempre es de la calidad acorde con el nivel del hotel.……

“The air conditioner was very noisy, fortunately another room was given. There is an issue with the shower/bath, in my opinion there is much wasted water using this system. Check more carefully on people who are not staying at the hotel but they come in and use the pools.”

“We came during off season, and the value was great. Pools were well kept, room was kept very clean, and the served meals were excellent. The location made it very easy to walk into town when we did decide to go "off campus" for dinner. The A/C worked perfectly, which is great, because it was humid as heck in June. No complaints!”

“El hotel es muy bonito, la comida estaba muy bien, los shows cada noche muy lindos, todo muy limpio. Muy atentos en la recepción. Lo único que muchos del personal que atendían las mesas cuando se tenían que ordenar las hamburguesas o algunas otras comidas que se tienen que ordenar desde su mesa, los meseros no eran muy atentos a eso y solo entre ellos platicaban y no atendían las mesas y nosotros esperando a ver a qué hora nos atendían y la cara que ponían era de pocos amigos al atender las……

“Very spacious rooms they were clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. My favorite part was the pool with live music and restaurant menu for dinner. This is a hotel more geared for families and older people but the vibes were great. I also loved the breakfast buffet. I love the aesthetics and the art and decorations. They have great amenities. Overall this is a great hotel and I highly recommend it.”
