Coastal Sunset Studio

  • Welcome to the Spanish Village by the Sea! Enjoy beautiful sunsets, ocean views and temperate sea breezes throughout your stay here. You are a short walk to beaches and the beach trail. Relax with an outdoor patio and grill, a streaming TV and a fully stocked kitchen. Newly remodeled and professionally decorated, you are sure to enjoy your stay!

This luxurious coastal studio has all the glam you could ask for! This space is perfect for a couple, or even a solo traveler, to have all the accommodations you need in one efficient and sparkling place.

From the comfortable sofa where you can kick back and relax, to the well-stocked kitchen where you can cook, and then right over to the king-sized bed where you can watch your favorite movies on a large streaming TV, you will feel right at home in this warm, yet stunningly beautiful, space.

The coastal bathroom has a walk-in shower and there is an inside laundry room. You can keep your clothes neat and tidy in the roomy walk-in closet with both a dresser and plenty of hanging space.

Enjoy the amazing sunsets on the outdoor patio while sitting in comfortable chairs, or start your day with a quiet breakfast at the outdoor counter. The patio has a gas grill, so you can enjoy your favorite meals outdoors.

The best of both worlds is found in this space, with the coziness and warmth of a home, yet close enough to explore all that San Clemente has to offer.

Great ‘Home Base’ for five nights, close to everywhere we needed to be for afamily wedding. Pack light…lots of steps to carry things to the top (third) floor. Nice sunset view. We used UBER to keep our close street parking spot the last night for loading up in the morning. Be sure to check street signs for street sweeping hours.

So comfy

The property was immaculate and so, so comfy. Easy check in and check out. It’s on the top floor so there are some sets of stairs but you’ll also enjoy a bit of a view of the ocean from the deck.

Perfect for 2

Loved the studio apartment. Enjoyed the view of the Pacific Ocean. Was able to easily walk to the pier and beachfront to enjoy the sounds and smells of the beach and people watching. The interior design was very classy and we felt so comfortable and relaxed. Will definetly rent again when in the area.

Amazing

I really enjoyed the location. It was super quiet and private. Honestly felt like no one else was around from how quiet it was. Not a far walk from everything. Very clean! Walk in closet to put your luggage. Overall a very nice stay.

Beach Getaway

Very nice recently renovated (interior) about a mile from San Clemente Pier. Small, but with all new interior appointments. Close enough to walk to downtown and the beach. Only negative was street parking can at times be difficult to find near the 3rd floor unit.

The property was charming and clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable. I cooked and the stove was clean and useful. CAUTION; if you have mobility issues this is not the place for you!!! Three steep sets of stairs. Parking is difficult, I waited 3 hours in my car looking for a parking space. No wash cloths and 1 hand towel. Cookware and flatware was awful.
