Beautiful location with incredible views. Host was great with communication and made the entire process easy to navigate. We were only in town for a short weekend, butnwould love to come back for a longer stay with the full family.

Walking distance to the beach

Guys weekend

This was a great property for hosting 7 guys for a get-away weekend. Very close access for walking the beach, and as well for walking to dinner each night. Check in/out was easy and host is a great communicator. No issues at all for entire weekend. Very ample parking for being this close to the beach!

Opus Day Reunion

Rented the property for a friend reunion with 6 buddies . We’ve been friends for 35 years. The property was the perfect size, picturesque views from 3 balconies. I/2 block from the beach. Beach walk to the pier. Great kitchen with a bbq grill. Plenty of storage. 5 min drive to the breweries and food places. Absolutely recommend this to anyone .

Great location! Super close to the beach and pier. Loved the roof top area and the stunning views! Great part is the positioning of the condo - the breeze/ocean air comes pouring in!

Excellent Location!

Stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. Lots of sleeping space and several decks. The rooftop deck is awesome! You can see the ocean and hear the waves while enjoying a beverage. Super quick walk to the beach path and walking distance to the pier. Overall a great spot!!

Property was a great location. Condition of the property not so great. Outdoor furniture pretty dirty.. musky smell with carpet interior. Very close to the beach, which was nice just a couple of minutes away from shopping and grocery and dining excellent..

Simply the BEST!

Annual girls trip for 30 plus years and it was one of the BEST! The place is GORGEOUS and we loved everything about especially the rooftop deck, quick access to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and downtown. We will definitely be back!

Great outdoor spaces and perfect location

So difficult to find 3 bedroom units close to beach and downtown. This one offers easy access to both and has multiple outdoor spaces offering fantastic views. Large kitchen is great for meal preparation. Beds were a little soft but we prefer harder mattresses. Overall this is a good option.

Girls’ Getaway

This was a reunion of four friends. The house was amazing because it had so many seating areas. The living room was great for just hanging out. And then the rooftop patio was also amazing. Plenty of seating, and views of the ocean. The house is walking distance to the beach, and walking distance to old San Clemente downtown with great restaurants, shopping and thrifting. The kitchen was very well outfitted, and the beds were super comfy. Everyone had a great time and loved the house.

Beautiful Beach Vacation

This lovely vacation house is just two blocks from the beach, with balconies that overlook the ocean. Lots of space for our family and friends who came over for dinner. San Clemente is such a cute town. And you can walk everywhere. Beach, downtown etc. There are a lot of steps since it’s like a townhouse style. But the steps weren’t a problem for us. The reward for the steps is an awesome rooftop patio!

What a Gem!

We have been to San Clemente many times and have been so fortunate with all the places we have stayed- this property ticked every single box. We had 3 glorious weeks here. It is exactly as described, clean, comfortable, with all the comforts and extras. We are a family of 5 and had lots of space. We especially enjoyed the upstairs seating area, where we could sit and watch the ocean. Its location is perfect- steps from the beach at Mariposa. Edmund provided beach chairs, body boards and an umbrella, which was so welcome. Also, washing machine/dishwasher detergent etc. was provided, which is much appreciated in a rental. Parking is easy and the walk to Del Mar takes less than 15 minutes. Such a great home. We will be back!! Thanks Edmund and Co. from Ireland.

Quick easy beach access

This VRBO had very quick easy access to the beach trail leading to the pier. We enjoyed having coffee on the many decks looking over the ocean. It was clean and the views were great! The only negatives were some of the screens were ripped and held together by duct tape, which didn’t work. The owner said he was going to have them fixed. Also, the king mattress we slept in downstairs, needs to be replaced. The mattress topper did not help. Other than that, it was a great stay! The owner was very responsive and always answered questions that we had so quickly, he was excellent. I would definitely rent here again!

Book it!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! We loved how close the property was to the beach, as well as being walking distance to the pier and great coffee/restaurants. The stairs were not an issue for our family and were a great daily exercise for us 😁 We enjoyed the lay out of the property. When you walk in, there is a kid room with 2 bunk beds as well as a bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom. Worked out great since we had 2 toddlers and it allowed the other couple to have their privacy upstairs where you will find another bedroom with an en suite bathroom as well as the kitchen and living room. The views were amazing, and we Loved all the windows and natural light. Also plenty of outdoor space with the rooftop deck and another small deck off the kitchen. Getting to use the boogie boards and surf boards was a big plus. Also a ton of sand toys for the littles and an extra wagon to haul everything. We will hopefully be back next year 💕

Comfortable and convenient

We chose this property for its proximity to San Clemente beach as well as the arrangement of the rooms on the different levels, and were not disappointed! As mentioned by others, the stairs are at first a bit intimidating, especially when carrying groceries, but we just counted the steps as part of our daily workout, and didnt really notice them much by the end of our stay. It was a very short walk to the beach trail access, and the beach. The first day we arrived, (July 26) was much warmer than usual, with hardly any ocean breeze to help cool off the home, which meant it was a bit stuffy and uncomfortable, despite opening all the windows on all the levels. We did purchase a box fan that afternoon to help circulate air. When I mentioned this to the owner, he said I could just leave it there, and he reimbursed me the expense, for which I was very grateful since I had no intention of carrying it on the plane home with me. The next day, the outside temps were not nearly as hot, and the ocean breeze had returned, and we did not have any issues with our comfort level the rest of our stay. The beds were super comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. The bathroom towels provided were nice, but would have liked to have had a few extras. We did request more hand towels and wash clothes, which were promptly brought over within 1-2 hours of our request. Edmund is a phenomenal host, and we would definitely stay there again!!

Communication with the host was clear and often. Check-in was straight forward. Rooms were tidy and comfortable. Bathrooms were well stocked. It was a wonderful stay!!
