“This is acute boutique hotel. Quiet, staff are friendly and restaurants are close by and city attractions also are close by. Cold water on third floor even on second day after electricity went off, hoping that after 48 hours that would not be, but could have off set the settings. Breakfast is good. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“Loved this hotel. We came back 3 separate times as Santiago was our home base. For the price we paid, we were very satisfied. Shared bathrooms were not a problem and there were enough that it almost felt like we had our own bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was delightful and very helpful. ”

“This hotel is located in quiet area but close to metro station, and there's a tourist information just nearby. Also not far from cable car station Oasis and Sky Costanera, about 20 minutes walk. Most of the staffs are helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Only the elevator in the hotel is the big problem - when you use the elevator, you need to contact with the room key but it's always not work. If you are lucky the staff will assist, but if you go to the 2nd floor restaurant from your……
