Pleasant and cozy early 1900's historic house 7 blocks from Downtown San Diego. Fully remodeled and ready to host your fun group. This house is great for entry level travelers who want a great price and quirky house. Come and enjoy our recent upgrades! (1/24/23), with a new year we have revamped our interior furniture. The Space:
Our property has just been renovated and is continuously upgraded. This house is ideal for groups of friends seeking to be near downtown, Little Italy, Coronado & Balboa Park. You will enjoy quiet nights in this area but are also allowed the freedom of being able to play music and hang outside into the late hours.

Our yard was designed to hang out, share stories, listen to music playing from the living room and talk about the cool things you and your friends have done in San Diego during the day! One grill with propane is included with your rental in the front patio, it is an excellent place to enjoy a little sunshine. But on the rare occasion it's warmer or colder than 70 degrees, you can always escape inside to our tuned AC and heating system with your group!

Smart TV included with your rental, connect to all your favorite apps, connect your computer with an HDMI cord, or bring your game console!

Check in- 5PM unless otherwise noted. This is to ensure that our space is cleaned and sanitized properly.

The Neighborhood:
Our house is located in a gentrifying neighborhood that is full of working families and local businesses. There are few restaurants and 1 coffee shop within walking distance that we recommend, otherwise we encourage people to use rideshare or their own vehicles to travel between locations, many are less than 10 minutes away!

If you are an adventurous group, who enjoy amazing local Mexican food and great proximity to a VARIETY of things to do in San Diego, this comfortable and safe house provides an excellent value for you!

We are convenient to many of San Diego's most popular attractions, such as the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Gaslamp Quarter, Little Italy and Mission Bay. The Red Line Trolley is just a block away!

Getting Around:
Our property is ideal for groups of friends seeking to be near downtown, Coronado & Balboa Park. Guests can use taxi, Uber or Lyft services for a short ride to downtown San Diego for a relatively inexpensive rate. Our home is only one (1) block from the Red Trolley which drops guests off next to convention center (for all you COMIC-CON attendees!). The convention center is only a 15-20 minute trip from our home via trolley.

Other Things to Note:
Neighborhood is mostly commercial with a few residential houses on the street. Most people chilling around the street are neighbors. While they might appear "seedy" or "unwelcoming", 90% of persons passing by are local business owners. As noted in reviews (please read), this is an urban area. This property is not suitable for families with small children or small groups of girls. Walking in groups of 3+ at night is recommended.

EVENT PRE-APPROVAL: GoodLifeResorts is not accepting parties through Airbnb. Max guests on the Airbnb platform is 16. If you have more than 16 guests or want to host an event, other platforms and sites will be able to handle such inquiries.

MUSIC: Please do NOT bring amplified or live music without approval; we respect our neighbors and want everyone to enjoy our community.

Detailed check-in information is provided to guests once they have made the reservation. This property requires a security deposit that will be authorized by AirBnB (but not withdrawn from your CC). Deposit is fully refunded to guests, provided no significant damage is found nor missing any items on property.
