Awesome House

Mission Beach Stay

Our family enjoyed our stay at this extra clean home! It is close to anything you need on vacation (including a beautiful beach). The view from the top deck (with fire pit) was our family's favorite each night. We would highly recommend this home as well as Drift Vacation Homes.

Great Place with wonderful Roof Deck

We love the location in south Mission Beach. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. My kids loved the bikes and we all enjoyed the beach gear. I hope to get back there soon!

Perfect location

We had a great stay here. The condo is steps from the beach and a short bike ride to Belmont Park. Also a short drive away from SeaWorld and the Zoo. The condo was well maintained. We hope to be back soon.

Lovely beach getaway

Perfect getaway beach house for our family of 6. 30 seconds from beach and no big streets to cross to get there. Short walk to Belmont Park and also decent local store and taco stand. We had a great time. Thumbs up.

Fun Family Week

This property was great for us. It was clean and well appointed, exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the rooftop fire pit, sounds of the ocean, bbq grill and comfy beds. The beach cruisers were great to bike the bayside and to the pier. This rental does have many stairs and a tight garage but if you are OK with that, it is an ideal place to relax and enjoy all the area has to offer.

Amazing place!

Beautiful place! 3 balconies, the one on the roof was spectacular! We loved watching the surfers ride the waves in the morning! Very well thought out and was well stocked with extra pillows, blankets, even laundry detergent for the washer. We would definitely stay here again! We did hear the flight path of planes, but we are early birds, so it didn’t effect us at all.

Pristine Vacation Rental

This townhome is in perfect condition. This is a very well maintained and managed property. The location is steps from the ocean and quiet. We loved the roofdeck and the firepit. We made it out nightly ritual to go up on the deck around the fire and listen to the ocean. There is a dining level deck which is where we had most of our meals. Comfortable beds too. Really a great stay and highly recommended!

Perfection

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Asbury Oasis in February. The rooftop lounge was much appreciated as were the beach bikes and chairs. The beds were super comfortable and the place was immaculately cleaned. The proximity to the beach and the volleyball courts was an added bonus. We had a larger rental SUV and we never had a problem finding parking in the South Mission lot which was a short walk away.

Perfect Winter Getaway

We came from sub-zero Colorado to escape the cold by the beach and had great weather! The property was very well appointed and extremely clean. The location is steps from the beach, right next to the volleyball courts and surfing by the jetty. Really nice conditions. The property is very comfortable and has two big decks. One for dining (with outdoor heater), and another large roof deck with 360 degree views. Highly recommended!

Great location, perfect for our needs

We enjoyed our stay and the unit was perfect for our family of four. Very comfy beds and the house was well-equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, nice towels/beach towels and great chairs for the beach too. We don't get a chance to use the bikes but wish we had. Nice rooftop with fire pit and slight view of the ocean. This was also a great location for getting to major sights around San Diego, walking distance to cafes, market and Belmont Park and easy ride to PB restaurants. Would book through Drift again!

Best Beach Vacation

We had an amazing time! This home is perfect. The location is steps from the beach. Every day we walked to the sand and played volly ball. Our sons were out surfing every day. We cooked in on the BBQ and used the roof deck to relax at night with the firepit. Totally relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. Well maintained property. We'll be back!

Loved Our Stay!

First time to SD. This home was closer to the beach than expected; steps away from the boardwalk! Generously stocked with beach set up items (chairs, sports equip, body boards, cooler), indoor sundries, and all potential houseware needs. Rooftop view was also amazing day and night. We loved the gas stove, hot showers, and places for everyone to find their own space for privacy. This home is beautiful and spotless. It does require climbing stairs to each level.

Mission Beach House

House was in a good location relative to central Mission beach. Check-in was easy. House was clean. Comms responses with manager was prompt. Only issue was parking in the garage which was challenging with a mid size SUV. There is no driveway, only a narrow street between houses.

Highly Recommend!

My partner and I and our 13 and 17 year old enjoyed our stay in Mission Beach. The property is a stone throw to the beach and tucked back enough so that it is completely private. It is also on the south end of MB, which is much quieter. We loved that there were four beach cruisers, and we used them every day to get around MB and PB. It was the perfect place for the four of us. We had a great stay! One tip, which I read in the reviews, is that the garage is a tight squeeze. We had to get a smaller rental car and after that it was no problem.

Amazing view!

I want to start by saying that this house offers everything you would normally need for your stay, from a can opener, coffe mugs for the road,lighter, to a wagon , chairs, beach towels extra small blanckets etc. Just bring your luggage and thats it. Everything was amazing. Just the parking was crazy!!! I tried to park my XL SUV and you cannot, i accimafe a whole in the garage and that made me feel like crying, when i let them know they responded with, "don't worry will take care of it, we understand parking is tight here." FYI large suvs, big trucks, Don't attempt to park in the garage. They're is plenty of parking close by the beach, you just have to walk. Other than that we had an amazing time in this property!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Upscale at the end of the beach

Mission beach is a lively and bustling place, especially near Belmont Park. This home is situated near the quieter south end with the lifeguard station and sand volleyball courts. The beach was literally steps away. Great location. Six of us had plenty of space (3x adults, 3x teens), clean comfortable beds, and literally everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen was clean and had a good selection of dishes, plates, cookware, utensils, and even some oils and spices. The living room, while not huge, was open, comfortable, and inviting. The third bathroom was a welcome bonus that made "getting ready to go out" a breeze. Garage is tight, but after practice and suggestion from a neighbor, we found that backing in was the way to go. We appreciated the large stash of beach chairs, bikes, boogie boards, and sand toys. The four bikes are all adult-sized cruisers. They weren't perfect, but they were still used a lot and enjoyed by the family. Everyone in the group agreed this home and location was a big step up from our previous rentals. The outdoor dining and rooftop fire pit and seating were great for watching the nightly fireworks at Sea World. We'd all stay here again.

The house was clean and well-appointed with the essentials. Great communication from the host made check-in easy. Wonderful location just steps from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. We really enjoyed the multiple outdoor areas and the rooftop fireplace with views of the ocean. Also appreciated the bicycles and beach gear which made the stay even more enjoyable. Definitely recommend!
