Brand New (built in 2020) modern home in the heart of Mission Beach! Steps from the bay and the beach - and walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Our home is brand new from top to bottom, including designer furnishings and luxury features including A/C in each bedroom, Smart TVs, Stainless Steel appliances, BBQ grill, and beach chairs and towels. Perfect for families!

One bedroom with bathroom en-suite is located on the first floor with private entrance and patio. Three bedrooms are located on the second level, including the Master Suite, Guest Bedroom and Bunk Room. There are also two full bathrooms on this level, including the Master en-suite and a full guest bathroom in the hallway. We also have a washer and dryer. The third floor features a light and bright open floor plan, including the living room, dining area, workspace and kitchen. Off of the kitchen there is a small patio with a BBQ grill (with a view of bay!). Take one more flight of stairs up to the roof deck, where you'll enjoy outdoor dining and panoramic views of the beach and bay! The garage can fit 1 car and has beach chairs and toys. There is also a carport.
On the side stairwell you'll find an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a surf, swim or playtime on the beach! ***You can see Sea World's fireworks from the living room or from the rooftop. ***

Room 4 - 4 Single Beds (2 bunk beds as shown in the picture) **the max weight capacity for the upper bunk is 180 lbs ** - bunk room is an open floor plan (no door)

Parking:
The house comes with 2 parking spots (garage and carport) The garage door is ~93 inch wide, ~82.5 inch tall.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise and parties. Only the number of guests on the reservation allowed on the property at all times. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.
