Welcome to this bright and airy 4 bedroom/5 bed/3 bathroom rental in San Diego. This is a perfect spot for a group getaway. This recently restored home is located right in the heart of San Diego's famed Little Italy district. Natural light pours throughout the spacious home, highlighting brand new beautiful floors and complementing spacious, open common areas.
The Space:
This home comes fully equipped with everything you need for a great getaway. Fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, cozy beds, beautiful decor, wifi throughout, shared outdoor patio area, and two parking spots!
Located on the left side of the property, through the left security gate and up 20 steps. This unit is on the top floor of a 3-unit property.

Getting around is easy! We offer free parking right at the property, accommodating two vehicles, and potentially three compact cars. Perfect location, with really nice amenities in the house. It was very clean very pretty, and it’s in a safe part of San Diego. It’s conveniently located to basically everything in Little Italy. On Saturday the farmers market is literally across the street. The host was very communicative and kind. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Great location to Little Italy. This is a top floor unit of 3 stories with stairs to the unit. One of the lower units had a big party one night but the owner of the property was very responsive.

Great time in Little Italy
Perfect location for a weeklong trip to San Diego with our family. Walking distance to many restaurants, fantastic communication with the property owner and clean/well decorated home to stay in!

the beauty of little Italy at your doorstep
Location, location, location! This property is so conveniently located in the heart of San Diego’s Little Italy neighborhood. Has plenty of room for 6-8 people; we were 9 so it was nice and cozy. Parking for up to three vehicles, which is a dream in that part of town. The place was clean when we got there. Rooms are on the smaller side, but comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. There’s not a lot of closet space. There’s a farmers market on Saturdays just outside your door, make sure to check it out if you’re there. Stevie was an awesome host! Would definitely recommend this place.
