The accommodations were just as described and pictured in the VRBO rental profile. Coast Vacation Homes was excellent in communication while we were there for anything that we needed. Home was extremely clean and very well equipped with everything you could need for your stay.

Very nice location, lots of fun activities at the house. Quiet and comfortable! Company was very easy to Work with. Great outdoor spaces too. One suggestion maybe have housekeeping or maintenance fill the bicycle tires with air. All were pretty flat and the pump provided is old and hard to use.

Great spot away from the craziness

We normally stay right on the boardwalk of mission beach. This spot was nice change of pace with a more quiet vibe yet still super close to the bay to hang out at the beach. The price was also great considering you get all 3 floors of the unit including the rooftop and garage parking.

Best VRBO ever!

This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! The location was great. The property was spacious, clean, modern and well equipped and the property manager was very helpful and responsive.

Wonderful Townhome

Great place! Awesome location!

Staying here was a “breeze”! You can’t beat the location and we loved that it was pet friendly. The garage fit our SUV and had all the beach go-ers needs. Easy to get a hold of the property managers with any questions or concerns. So many private sitting areas - the rooftop, side patios and main patio were so nice! Being able to walk to the beach in seconds and having all the restaurants and shopping also was a PLUS! House was clean and well equipped! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This is a very nice condo with all of the amenities. We were able to enjoy the fire pit one night and the outdoor grilling area is also amazing. Close to grocery store, beach, shopping, etc. It has it all. Would stay again in a heart beat!

Amazing Location and Patio

The property was as advertised, and had a couple fun surprises. The patio/BBQ area is great for cooking and eating. The accessibility to the bay is unmatched. There was no riff raff around the property. Our truck did not fit in the garage.

Perfect Stay!

Honestly, this stay was perfect. House great location, well appointed, fabulous outdoor kitchen and comfortable living space. We used the bikes provided and didn't drive anywhere. Easy Sail Bay and Pacific Beach access. Can't wait to come back! Met the owner, super friendly.

This house is great - in a relatively quiet spot but close enough to the PB activities. The patio is really nice as well for a bbq. The only negative was the constant reminders not to have a party or make any noise - kind of puts a damper on things if you want to enjoy the patio with friends and family. Pacific Beach

This was a very nice property. It is very close to the bay and a playground, but a longer walk (10-20 minutes) if you want to be close to the ocean, stores and restaurants. We chose it because it is only about 2 blocks from our son, daughter-in-law and new grandchild. It's a nice, quiet and walkable neighborhood. We had plenty of room for our California family to visit.

We loved our stay ..it’s perfectly situated..very close to bay .and beach was a few blocks away...very roomy ..5 adults ..outdoor patio with bar area was great. to hang out .very clean .had some basics in cabinets which was helpful cooking for thanksgiving...amenities are great. The only thing I would add are fans to cancel noise from street ...made it difficult to sleep at times.. Everything else was just great ..

We really enjoyed our stay there! The house is big enough for 2 couples (it was just 3 of us - a couple and our other friend). You can find anything you need including 2 grills, great outside cooking area. The neighborhood is also great - very quiet. You can walk to the bay (3-5 minutes) or to the ocean (7-10 minutes). We loved both of these options. Oh also you can even enjoy a free bike and beach chairs! Will definitely come back one day!

Fabulous Outdoor Spaces

I stayed here with a friend for a girl's weekend in PB. Excellent location close to the beach and little shops. The view was amazing from the rooftop on the 3rd floor. One issue is that it would be difficult for 2 couples to stay as the 2nd bedroom has a queen and trim bunk bed arrangement. Other than that, it was perfect for 2 friends to each have own bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. 10/10

We had an amazing stay and will definitely stay again. The host was amazing, we had to go in emergency to San Diego, I booked and checked in the same day and earlier than 4pm, that was awesome. The garage could fit my Dodge Challenger what is rare in California, easy check in, beds very comfortable, gourmet kitchen, fast streaming, the roof top have a beautiful view and you are 2 min walk from the water, they let us use their bikes what was clearly a plus. Love love the location, you can walk to nice restaurant and shops. If you bring a dog it's no grass in the fenced patio, but very convenient to take them out around the block. Again we love our stay.
