☀ Kid-friendly: We do have a crib in the bedroom but do not offer any other baby gear on site. We have negotiated with BabyQuip to offer our guests a 10% discount to rent everything you`d need for your little one’s stay. They will deliver Pack N Plays, cribs, high chairs, car seats, toys, and more, and they will even set everything up prior to your stay. Please inquire for the custom link to set up your order and receive your special discount!

☀ Hot tub heating: The hot tub heating is manually controlled. You press a button to turn it on and it will heat up in 40 minutes. The heater will shut off every 90 min to allow the pool to filter to run but you can turn the heater back on manually whenever you please.

☀ Pool heating: The pool can be heated for $250/day. Please let us know prior to your reservation to request this.

☀ The home has an exterior security camera above the front door and a noise monitor on the ceiling of the kitchen.

☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.

☀ We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on their website. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox within 3 days of booking your stay if you have not received the email and contact us if you have any questions.

☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay.

☀ STR PERMIT # 11343L
1) No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 10 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.

2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation.

3) Adhere to the quiet hours from 9PM-8AM to avoid removal from property per rental agreement. No amplified sound outside the property such as pool and hot tub area, firepit or anywhere in the backyard. We strictly ask that you be inside the house after 9pm. Neighbors are very sensitive to vacation rentals and will complain. Please abide by these rules to avoid removal from property per rental agreement. There shall be a minimum fine of $1000 for this violation.

4) Must be 25 years and older to book.

5) No pets allowed on property ; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.

6) Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.

7) A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.

8) No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only.
