Great location, great stay

We take our now teenager great nieces on a summer vacation each year. This year they chose San Diego. I chose this property because of the central location and the 2bed/2 bath so the girls could have their own bedroom and bathroom. Entry instructions were perfect, the place was spacious & spotless, the garage was plenty big enough for our rental, and we had most everything we needed. The beds & bedding was very comfortable and we slept quite well every night. We did have a couple of beach days and had to go buy beach towels, umbrella, & beach chairs but left those items there in case the next guests could use them. There is no garage door opener so upon leaving each time we let one of the girls put the door down, run out of the garage while jumping over the 'eye' which usually started our day with a laugh! The neighborhood is pretty quiet except on garbage pick up mornings. Pick up is around 5-5:30am and is quite loud. We could walk to several restaurants in about 15 minutes and there is a CVS close by. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
