Comfortable one bedroom apartment directly on the ocean front, direct ocean views from the living room and kitchen. Located in a quiet area in South Mission Beach but only a five minute walk to the attractions at Belmont Park.

Just a block away you'll find a liquor store, a grocery store, a coffee shop, a pizzeria, a bar & grill and take out Mexican food.

A maximum of four people are allowed on the property at any one time. Please no events or parties. Great for a small family or a couples getaway.

Simmons Beautyrest Heavenly King Bed with an adjustable base in the bedroom and queen memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room. All linens provided. New laminate flooring in the living room and bedroom, tile in the kitchen and bathroom.

Outside step onto the beach or enjoy the patio with a table, chairs, loungers and umbrellas. BBQ on gas grill while enjoying the ocean views.

Onsite outside parking for one medium sized vehicle. (large vehicles like a Suburban will fit but it's tight)

We're a five minute drive from Sea World, a 20 minute drive to the world famous San Diego Zoo and about 40 minutes to Lego Land. San Diego is home to many golf courses including Torrey Pines about 30 minutes away.
