We were 7 adults and had more than enough room at this beautiful house. Exactly as pictured. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood. Great outdoor space as well. Highly recommend.

Family Spring Break

Our family & pup really enjoyed our stay in this PB home, everything about the house was perfect! The rooms fit all of our needs, enough bathrooms for everyone, plenty of spaces to enjoy our meals & conversations. The house was walking distance to local restaurants & of course the beach! Looking forward to our next trip out to SD!

Great house and great location

We came for a girls trip with five women. The house was perfect, well-equipped for cooking and even came with beach chairs and boogie boards. We could walk everywhere and the beach by the house is amazing.

Just what we were looking for!

We've enjoyed staying here two times so far for over a month. Great location. Easy access to Tourmaline, the beach, the boardwalk and bars and restaurants but just far enough away for some peace and quiet. The house is well laid out for entertaining and the patio space is wonderful.

Great house in a great neighborhood

We stayed with a total of 9 people ages 11-80 and had a wonderful time! The proximity to the beach is great, shops, cafes and restaurants are close by and the house is a gem! Comfortable bedrooms, a lot of common space and a well stocked kitchen plus a beautiful back porch. Overall a great experience that we can fully recommend!!!

Location, location, location

This is a lovely house, well cared for and very comfortable for our family of 5 adults. It is in a perfect location for family activities. Quiet neighborhood, walk to restaurants, beach, groceries, etc. The weather was not amenable for outdoor lounging or meals for the most part, but in better weather the backyard space would be great for those activities.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We walked to the beach every day and also to nearby stores and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the layout of the family room made it a nice gathering place. We had a small issue with the tv in the family room but was resolved by unplugging and plugging back in. The manager responded and was helpful.

Very nice property. Lots of room for family and the open kitchen/family room was enjoyed by all. Backyard was spacious and the furniture was great. Close to the beach to walk to with lots of nearby restaurants and shops. This home was comfortable and well appointed with amenities. The extra beach chairs, boogie boards and kids beach toys came in handy. Thank you.

We enjoyed staying at this house! The location was great; walking distance to the beach, store and cute restaurants. The patio was so inviting and relaxing, having 3 bathrooms was perfect, and the kitchen was stocked with basic items.

Great Long Weekend

We went for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location and house. Very clean and well kept. The beach items were very helpful and allowed us to pack even less stuff for the trip. Highly recommended.

Family Fall Break

The house is in a great spot, walking distance to some great restaurants, coffee shops, Gelson's (grocery store) and the beach of course. Very easy with three young kids to manage in the house.

Our trip

We had a multigenerational family gathering for the holidays and the house was perfect. The common areas were large enough for everyone to hang out and the bedrooms and bathrooms were sizeable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the location is within walking distance to beach, coffee shop, restaurants, etc. Lovely place.
