Rare beach front single-family home on Mission Beach. Why pack into a multi-unit vacation rental when you can have a spacious home on a 4400 sqft lot all to yourself. Watch the surf roll in while relaxing on a Chaise Lounge chair in the private patio area. BBQ with the family in the courtyard. Unwind after a day at the beach in a living room large enough for the whole group to be together for some family time. However you want to spend your day, this Historical Spanish style home has so much to offer for a memorable family vacation. Large parking area ideal for families with big/multiple cars.

Quaint and Cozy

We had an excellent stay and you can’t beat this location. Kids enjoyed the boardwalk life and Bellmont park. It’s just far enough away from the major public areas, to not have a ridiculously overcrowded beach. The pictures depict the home perfectly. I’m surprised by some of the negative reviews regarding the home’s appearance. No, it’s not a newer home with upgrades, but the pictures don’t insinuate it is. We would definitely stay here again!

Our group of 9 stayed in the property for 3 nights, the beachfront location is prime. The house itself is a little run down but to be expected given the area/set up. Wouldn’t stay here again but if you have a larger group looking for a beachfront option, it will do.

Casa Rosa

The property was enjoyable and pleasant. There are some minor maintenance issues which need to be addressed but nothing that affected our stay. The courtyard allows you to entertain and be secluded from the boardwalk but you can still sit in front and enjoy the boardwalk if you wish.

Serene Getaway

Second time to Casa Rosas, we absolutely love it here. Sunrise n sunsets on the beach are beautiful. The 1930’s property is centrally located and near all. You surely will not be disappointed. The parking alone is worth it!! We will definitely return.

2019 Family Xmas

Family time after Xmas great location comfortable house for 6 adults 1 & 3 year old kitchen well stocked closet full of beach gear, and toddler supplies. Location to beach, volleyball net, boardwalk and easy parking for 2 SUV ‘s made for great family time. Very quiet at night, response to outdoor grill not working was within a few hours. We are considering coming back for family time again next Xmas

Wonderful home and end experience!

The kitchen is very well equipped. The garden courtyard was great to secure our bicycles and boogie boards we brought. The extra parking is excellent. Some windows and closing rolling screens were in disrepair but minor to a generally wonderful experience.

Can't beat the view!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Rosa in April! The house is located in a prime location just steps away from the sand. It was a kid-friendly property and had all of the amenities we needed. I loved the comfort and charm of the home but if you are looking for super high end and modern then this might not be the place for you. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. I am already thinking of our next trip!

Wonderful vacation. Beautiful house and perfect location.

The house is well-stocked and very comfortable. Perfect location. We had a family of 10 and the kids loved riding bikes, the beach and Belmont park. The grownups enjoyed the boardwalk, beach, riding bikes and the local restaurants. The kids said it was the best vacation and they want to return.
