With spectacular bay side and ocean views from every window, this designer waterfront condo allows you to choose between the serenity of Mission Bay, or a 2-block walk to the bustling Mission Beach Boardwalk and Pacific Ocean. This 2BR/2BA San Diego condo near the bay can sleep up to seven.

Beautifully remodeled, this vacation retreat is complete with all new furniture, new appliances, new fixtures, and new floors.

LIVING AREA

The spacious open-concept Great Room is flooded with natural light from floor-to-ceiling, double sliding glass doors that open up to a gorgeous bay side balcony. The modern, seascape lounge area features a nice and firm grey couch that doubles as a full-size sleeper for two. The 75' smart TV is complete with Netflix and a Bose sound system.

KITCHEN & DINING

The spacious and sleek kitchen boasts a stainless steel side-by-side fridge with ice maker, electric stove, blender, rice cooker, crockpot, and coffee maker.

Serve appetizers at the breakfast bar with seating for four, then gather for meals at the adjacent dining table set for six offering beautiful palm tree and water views.

BED & BATH

Retreat to the newly renovated, spacious primary suite. Rest easy on a high-end king bed with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress. Custom blackout shades and double-paned windows add comfort. Enjoy the serenity of ocean views and sounds. The en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination.

The beautiful kid-friendly second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. A guest bathroom include a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR & AMENITIES

Step out onto the balcony from the lounge and drink in the panoramic beach views. The space offers outdoor seating and a small propane grill. In the evenings, take in amazing views of the nightly fireworks at SeaWorld (June-August).

Located right on the bayfront and just 2 blocks from the ocean, this condo is positioned on the meandering shoreline of Mission Bay Park, with waterways and inlets setting the stage for aquatic adventures. Charter a sailing boat or rent water sports equipment from SDSU Mission Bay Aquatic Center.

It's 4 minutes to iconic Belmont Park, where vintage games and rides provide amusement for the whole family.

Mission Boulevard has local eateries, funky surf shops, and beach nightlife that doesn't stop when the sun goes down.

The airport is 15 minutes away.

Easter Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here to celebrate my son’s birthday and Easter weekend! The condo was spacious, clean, came well equipped with everything we needed to cook and the view was immaculate. I would definitely stay here again with the family! The location was great. We were just steps away from the bay front and only a block from Mission beach. There were many small shops and restaurants within blocks to walk too as well.

Great views, otherwise mixed bag

Pros: Excellent views, unit was generally clean, quiet building, lots of activities to watch from inside and from the balcony. Had plumbing issue and property manager handled it very well.Cons: Living room sofa very uncomfortable, living room rug visibly dirty. A 5-digit code to enter the elevator, another 5-digit code to get the elevator to the 4th floor, a 10-digit code to unlock the door to the unit. Garbage dumpster for the building was full from non-residents filling it when the lock with 4-digit code wasn't put on the dumpster.

Beautiful views

The listing was accurate and we had a fantastic time. Close to all the attractions we wanted to see, and so easy to have a beach day at the ocean or the bay. Yummy restaurants nearby and easy walking. Our only hassle was related to the entry codes (given wrong elevator code and we were on hold 15 minutes before anyone picked up the phone). We would definitely stay again! Beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. Wonderful vacation!

Great location, but lacking in comfort

We stayed in this property for 1 month. The location of the property is great. No more that 15/20 minutes from attractions. The space itself is good size with nice views. The living room furniture is uncomfortable. The sofa sleeper is lumpy and the 2 chairs are visibly worn and dirty. The rugs in the place are visibly dirty. The king mattress is so uncomfortable due to 2 visibly sagging spots. The bottom rack of the dishwasher is useless due to the rusting off of almost all the dish holders. The water in both toilets runs all the time because they need their inside seals replaced.

Family stay

The house is in a great location, balcony was fantastic. We watched the SeaWorld fireworks Every night. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms need updating. Some of the decorated pillows had stains which is an easy fix with brand new ones or cleaning. Parking spot was good. Sofa/sofa bed was uncomfortable, but overall a good stay.

Great location!

We really enjoyed the location of this property. It's right on the bay and just a couple of short blocks to the beach. Aside from some cobwebs on the balcony, it was clean and had plenty of bedding and towels. There were a few surprises with our stay. One was that we stayed for a week and never found a can opener. That is not something I would expect people would travel with, especially if flying, so it would be nice to have one included. (We were told that the unit doesn't stock one, which would have been nice to know before we arrived so we could pick one up.) There were only three small hand towels for the kitchen so drying hands and dishes was a challenge. It would be helpful to stock or tell guests to bring larger hand towels. The last surprise was that the "sofa bed" is not a bed at all, it's a firm mid-century design couch with back cushions that lay flat if you want to use it as a bed. Each cushion has a seam and our two teens who tried to sleep on it found it to be very uncomfortable. It would be helpful if the listing was adjusted to reflect that this is not a traditional sofa bed.

Not a minute before check-in

Arrived at 3pm and check in was at 4pm. It was very clear that there was no one in the property and i was not allowed to check in an hour or even half hour before 4pm. I parked outside of the property for an hour. Very disappointed about that.

Nice beach holiday stay

The property is in a nice central location between Pacific Beach Pier and Belmont park. We paddle-boarded and sailed in the bay and walked to Belmont Park several times. The ocean is just across the street. The apartment is right next to Mission Bay Aquatic Center, where you can rent sailboats, paddleboards, and kayaks. The apartment is very spacious and nicely furnished. The sofa bed is not comfortable for adults, but the kids didn't mind it.

Great location, communication was ok.

This property was at a great location. Minutes away from the beach! The property was clean, spacious, and accommodating to me, my husband, two babies, and my parents. The only issue we had was when the Internet went down. The communication was inconsistent. The contact number that was given to us if there were any issues was an automated text response. When we did get through to talk to someone, they were very accommodating and willing to help resolve our issues, but it was never resolved because we would be waiting on someone to contact us back and no one did. We continued to follow up and it would be the same thing again. Before we knew it our stay was over and we never resolved our issue. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Clean Condo in a Great Location

This property was nicely decorated and had sufficient supplies for our stay. It is in a great location, walking distance to the bay, beach, Belmont Park, and restaurants/bars. It was nice that it included a parking spot as parking in that area is tough to find. One of the things we had an issue with was the code to operate the elevator. It didn't always work and we stood at the elevator punching in the code many times before it would take. Also, if there was a fire and we were not able to use the elevator, the door on the patio to the stairs would not open, which is a safety hazard. Also, when we arrived, the screen to the patio was broken and the water pressure in the back bathroom was non existent, so we all showered in the other bathroom. All in all, it was a nice place to stay, which made up for some of the downsides.

Beautiful location by the bay in the hub of everything !

Beautiful older property. Lovely location, but could use some serious upgrades to electrical. Lights flickered constantly, and the living room fan would come on randomly. We hated the fact that everything had a different “security code” . We all had to carry index cards on our body, to access various things, so we wouldn’t forget.. too many Nicnacks. Moved everything to a closet till we left so we had room for our stuff. Shower knob felt like it was pulling out of the wall; afraid to use it. No bedding was available until I called, for the living room pullout. Tried to get access at 4:00 checkin in the elevator, with no luck. Had to call turnkey and after several try’s, got up to our condo around 4:30. Overall nice place but might rethink it if we ever decide to visit mission beach in the future.

Beautiful view of the bay!

The property was nicely appointed. The check in process was a bit confusing and frustrating since you need to have a code for the elevator which was not included in the check in email. Fortunately, the property manager was very responsive. It is a very convenient location, close to the bay and the beach.

Great location and comfortable home

Clean and modern and good layout. Room darkening curtains and comfortable beds. Beautiful view of bay from the deck. Distant ocean view from the main bedroom. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. One suggestion for improvement would be to simplify the door code. 10 digit code is not easy to remember and overkill. This is a minor inconvenience of course, I would stay again!

The instructions for all the codes was very confusing. Needs to be simple. Needs new cabinets in kitchen n bath. Some don't even close. Washer was filthy. We feel things could have been way cleaner. Bedspread dirty. Towels were all snagged. Windows were disgusting.

Fun Vacation

The location and views from the property were fantastic and it was also a plus to have a dedicated parking space for that area. The condo is a bit dated and could use some renovations (cabinets and the building elevator), but everything was clean and comfortable. Only issues that we had were that the internet service was too slow to stream tv shows and the DVD player remote wasn't working, nor did the tv recognize the DVD player (not an issue for the adults but moreso for the kids). Called the property manager to fix this but it didn't get taken care of before our stay was up so got an HDMI cable and reconnected it to the tv. Overall we had a nice time and would stay here again.
