The check-in experience was awful. The Front desk staff needs to be trained to help people. The person just stood by the kiosk while we struggled. She seemed very put off when my colleague from Belgium had issues. Very uncomfortable situation. It was quite embarrassing. There was an Asian Gentleman on the last day that was nice. But no eye contact or smiles from anyone else. Very strange. Room was clean and nice. But COLD as the heater didn't work.

The bed was very comfortable, and while the room and bed were small, it was perfect for my needs to sty overnight in the area.
