honestly great for the price. people say its a shady area but im from la and i’ve seen 10x worse, its literally just an older area. ice machine works, microwave works, bed is good enough, room was nice and clean, AC works amazing and gets the room warm/cold in minutes.

The room was clean. The staff was kind and professional. Parking was easy. Air conditioning worked fine. Hotel lobby's bathroom was not pleasant, need renovation. Being a woman and alone, I didn't feel the place was safe n secured.

Room was clean enough, staff where not the friendliest except for one guy went above and beyond to make sure we where good also just about every room service staff down not speak English at all the building looks like a horror set, parking was ok, never turn the AC on cause it was already cold but it was working basically you get what you paid for.

This was our second visit to Park Pointe. What a noticeable improvement! Rooms are being remodeled, new furniture, drapes, clean tiled bathroom, comfortable beds, freshly painted rooms, excellent condition! Due to drought, outside landscaping in sad shape and outside of building could use a coat of paint, ice machine out of order, however I was there for a clean bed and room! I plan on staying there again!

Pictures arent the reality of the property. Very run down and you have to understand you're paying for what you get. Staff was great, housekeeping was great...no complaints except no hot water. Would stay again under circumstances.

I have to acknowledge that the hotel is very affordable and serves its most basic purpose, which is providing a place to sleep. However, compared to a Motel 6, Motel 6 feels luxurious. At times, there is no hot water, and it is extremely difficult to get assistance from customer service, the front desk, or maintenance. The bathtub and walls have visible mineral stains, and the shower curtain rod is heavily rusted. With proper maintenance, reliable hot water, and responsive customer service, this hotel could provide a much better experience and significantly improve its overall quality.

Staff member Was under the counter when we walked in He popped up and scared me. He was not pleasant at all in fact he was strange Took a while to get our keys and I asked him why did the hotel Feel and look like it's been deserted he advised that they had been in the process of closing. The place The place was so neglected . The place was snow so neglected That it gave us the creeos! The Chinese buffet restaurant next door also look like it had been in abandoned! After we got our keys we drove a block back passing all these dilapidated rooms Got to the 1st room and the keys didn't work We asked for accessible rooms he said there were none yet there was only 5 cars in the parking lot! The pictures must have been from 50 years ago that are on your site It looked like a beautiful nice comfortable place to stay It was the worst fleabag motel I have ever seen!

Room was clean but facility is really old and out dated. Photos on the website probably were taken 10 years ago. Faucet head was broken. One broken stair to 2nd floor was blocked by a few pieces of wood.... the pool was coverred by got rain water and leaves all over...the scene was like a resident evil movie, the end of world. The staff looked like some hippy punk and he was generally ok and polite but disappeared when i checked out for early flight at 5am. My wife and children locked the door and dare not go out of the room right after we got in our room. This place was really close to the airport and there are plenty of nice hotel nearby. But honestly it should be renovated immediately, otherwise it should be closed. One note, the room was cleaned, sheet set, floor and sink were ok, just old and anscient....window glass exterior looks a bit scary as the area was not well lite... we checked in late night for an early flight, quite convenient and cheap price...just gloomy and very much resident evil scene...

Clean and great staff but nothing special. SUPER lumpy bed, and the property looks run down. It’s a big property and I’m guessing it’s just going to take time to get fixed up??? Or it’s San Francisco and the owner/landlord doesn’t care and just wants to make $$ off travellers and it’s ok if it’s a one time deal. The room was clean and not sketchy at all…really clean. Nice shower and water pressure for sure.
