The studio apartment features a queen size bed, full bathroom, well equipped kitchen with a mini-fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and 2 burner cooktop.

There is a secure entry system to get in the building, washer and dryer facilities on your floor, shared with other tenants. The outdoor rooftop balcony has bbq grills, comfortable outdoor seating and view of SF that can`t be missed.

Whether you`re in San Francisco for business or pleasure, this centrally located studio provides the perfect home base for exploring all that the city has to offer. Whole Foods is right next door to the building.

Union Square is 0.7 miles
Ferry Building is 1.3 miles

There is no parking provided, there is a place in the building to store a bike if you have one. Parking in this area can be challenging so using a parking garage would be recommended. They can be $200 - $400 per month depending on the location. Public transportation is also readily available and easy to use in this area.

My property manager has to meet you when you arrive to give you the keys. This is an assisted check in. Check-ins are before 6pm. If you arrive after 6pm, check in will have to be the next day. Please plan accordingly.

Guests have access to the building and amenities. The apartment is completely private.

I will not be available in person. I have a property management company that is available for any questions or emergencies.

Walkable to Whole Foods where you can pick up food to go and groceries. Walking distance to Oracle Park, Moscone Center, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and Salesforce is a 20 minute walk.

Union Square is a 15 minute walk and the Ferry Building is about a 30 minute walk where they have an incredible Farmer`s Market every Saturday morning.

Walking and using public transportation is best. Parking in this area is challenging at best unless you want to pay for a monthly parking garage.
- No parties or events of any kind are allowed here
- Out of respect for our neighbors, quiet hours are between 10pm - 7am
- No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine)
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling)
- Turn off lights, TV, heater, & stove when not in use
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults listed in your reservation.
- No pets allowed
- Conserve water, California is currently in a drought
- Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit
- Please consume or take all leftover food. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs!
-No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets please, SF has small pipes (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...)
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests.
- On check-out, there is a fee for misplaced keys.
-If your booking is over 6 weeks, you`ll need a required cleaning every six weeks, we will include one complimentary cleaning but you will need to pay for the rest.
- During your stay of 30 days or more. If utilities (water, trash, electricity & gas) go over a total of $150, you will be requested to pay the difference if it is excessive. You can avoid high charges by turning off lights, heaters, electronics and the stove when not in use. During the winter, San Franciscans wear layers of clothing to avoid high electric bills.
- Please be aware of your energy usage, especially during peak hours which are between 4-9pm each day. Run the dishwasher, washer and dryer (if applicable) during non peak hours. We appreciate guests helping to conserve energy.
- Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the apartment during your stay. If you need something delivered to you, there are mail centers in the area that can receive and hold packages for you. We are not responsible for any packages delivered, before, during or after your stay.
- Must be 21 or older to book the apartment
- No guns, firearms or any weapons allowed
- Bookings 30+ nights a lease is required to be signed
