"Kind reception and good coffee "

"They were informed by the electric company that they would be shutting the power off to the whole building from 10pm-8am. We would never had reserves with them if we knew this was going to happen. They also put us on the 4th floor knowing full well that the elevators were not going to work which result in us having to carry all our luggage down the stairs! It was a warm night and thank God we could open the window and get air because the AC wasn’t working of course since the power was out. Also, couldn’t charge our phones so I idea what time it was and no alarms to wake us up. They offered breakfast from 6-10, but power didn’t come on until 8:15, and they still shut it down at 10! So and our hour window to ge breakfast turned into a “drag your bag down the stairs from the fourth floor by 10 am which you wouldn’t know what time it was because you have no working alarm clock and your cell phone is dead!!! I explained tot he staff that had they been honest and told us (or told Expedia) that the power would have been out we would have not stayed. All she could says is “I’m Sorry.” Seriously?"

"For an older hotel from the outside, they’ve made it great inside. Easy parking, location and amenities. It will be a new work hub for sure!"

"Carpet and bath room Floor are not very clean and shower faucet is defective, coffee maker doesn’t work properly "

"It was a comfortable stay with a nice room. Breakfast was nice, except there’s no fruit at all, which is what we expected with hotel breakfast."
