Spa services are excellent with good prices. The only problem is the design of the shower stall. It has half glass panel only which resulted water spill all over the washroom after shower. 「Good location, nice front reception staff, bit unflexible when it comes to late check out but that is normal for VN. excellent bfast buffet with lots choices, good gym/sauna/steam bath. nice rooms, excellent bedding, higher floors have small problems with hot water for shower and corner rooms have slow to no wifi. overall good 3.5 star hotel with excellent value for money」
