This is the second time we’ve stayed in this unit and it is clean, quiet and filled with natural light. It is a 20 minute walk to downtown San Jose and a 15 minute walk to three large grocery stores.

Our week long stay was very enjoyable. It was exactly what we expected from the photos and description. It is spacious and modern with great showers and a very comfortable bed. We loved the very large balcony where we spent most evenings. The weather was exceptionally hot, even the evenings so the outdoor ceiling fans were a great comfort. The location was perfect. Close enough to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Will definitely be back.

We loved staying at this condo. It had everything we needed for our family of 4. My only suggestion would be better pots/pans but the space was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a great patio. We will definitely be staying here again.

This property is fantastic! Very well-appointed, comfortable with tons of great amenities. It's in a terrific location, close to restaurants, shops and bars. We would definitely stay here the next time we're in Cabo.

Amazing place!

We love staying at Maria’s! This is our second time staying there now. Feels like we are at home away from home! The outdoor patio is such a nice relaxing place to see birds and take in the evening air and morning coffee! Such a great location, walking distance to the beach and shops as well as an easy getaway to the East Cape for a beautiful drive and the most amazing beaches! 10/10 we will be back!

Best stay of our long trip

We were in Mexico for three months, and this was by far the best place we stayed. Clean, modern, nicely decorated, lots of light and fresh air, kitchen had everything we needed, large patio, well-maintained complex, three pools, many restaurants nearby.

Our stay was amazing! Great views of the golf course every morning! Easy walk to the beach and shops. Nice and quiet on the beaches, close to art walk area with unique shops and local eateries. The hammock on the patio was a nice treat as well! Would recommend to anyone who wants a lovely place to stay!
