Villa Prima is a luxurious 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths at Las Brisas, an exclusive cluster with its private pool, playground, parking and security. Our guests have access to Wyndham’s 5 Restaurants, Bars, Casino and Mandara Spa. Also, 2 championship golf courses: the Ocean and River and 13 tennis courts at it corresponding fee.

Host and villa/apartment were amazing. Kids loved the private pool for the villa just a few minutes walk from the apartment. 5 minute drive to the private beach with beach front parking. Resort and villa extremely safe and well kept. 15 minutes from a nice grocery store to stock the kitchen for the week. 15 minutes from the rainforest. Cannot beat the value of this stay with the location and quality/cleanliness of the apartment. Host does an impeccable job maintaining the property. Plenty of places to sleep and very family friendly. 10/10 would recommend

The condo was very spacious and worked well for our family. The host connected with us prior to the trip and met us at the property to make sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated her willingness to help us get settled as we arrived in the evening and were getting familiar with the area. The location was very convenient to access the rainforest national park, beaches and about 45 minutes to Old San Juan. We had a great time exploring the island. The pool is very close to the property and we used it almost every day of the trip. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

The home worked well for our intergenerational family of six. Kids and parents upstairs, grandparents on first floor. Having three bathrooms was great. It was helpful having laundry facilities. The pool is just about a block away, although we spent more time at the beach than the pool. We felt very safe being in the gated community, although you do need to drive everywhere.We found the close proximity to Luquillo Beach and Yunque rainforest very handy, and there were nearby grocery stores.

Great host, excellent jump off location

We weee greeted by an amazingly helpful and insightful host. The property was more than enough room for our family of 7, situated on an extremely safe property. The property is situated near destinations we wanted to visit. We would absolutely stay again!

Great vacation

Vanessa was a great host, making sure everything was in order and answering any questions we had. She also went out of her way to be helpful when there was an island-wide power outage: she brought over coolers with ice so that the food in the fridge would not spoil. The apartment is very spacious and in excellent shape. Everything worked well and there were plenty of towels, beach towels, boogie boards and beach toys, etc. Perfect for families with young kids.Note that the apartment does not have a backup generator and you do not have access to the Wyndham Beach Club and hotel pools. The pool for the compound was a short walk away and is a small pool that our kids enjoyed (4' deep, so good for little ones).

Great Property!

The villa was just as described and the property manager went above and beyond to answer our questions and provide guidance on the area, excursions, etc. We were well taken care of!This is not an issue with the villa or the owner but with the Rio Mar itself: The only issue we had is that the resort/Rio Mar itself is broken up into clusters, each with its own pool. We were with several other families that were in other clusters and our family was not allowed in those other clusters pools, even as a guest to the friends that we had staying in those clusters. It would have been one thing if there were actually other people (owners) using those pools but most times there were not. We felt some discretion could have been used by security in those situations as it became very frustrating and unwelcoming for our group. If you are traveling alone or have several villas all in one cluster, this is not an issue at all.

What an amazing property!

We lived staying in this space! Everything was exactly as advertised on the website. Our contact, Vannessa, was incredibly helpful both with check in and with answering various questions we had during our stay. She also had wonderful recommendations on where to eat and what beaches would be best on which day. We were very VERY happy with our stay and would highly recommend this property to our family and friends

Wedding weekend misadventure

The rental property was beautiful and great in appearance. It had everything it listed, nothing was out of place or missing so this should have been a dream stay. One big problem was the toilets, water pressure were too low. If you use and flush toilet you couldn’t get another flush for about 45 mins to an hour. 3 bathrooms for 9 people.This should not have been a problem but it was! Very irritating , inconvenient and at times disgusting. The day of the wedding ceremony we went to beach early and felt we had plenty of time to get back & ready for 4pm service. When we returned at 1130 am and started getting ready… boom… all electricity went out. Called management to be told “there is nothing we can do to help”. “The electricity was out all over.” It got hot very quickly, no AC. Water for showers were ice cold and toilets weren’t flushing again. We were miserable and pressed for time to get ready. We were so sweaty we couldn’t apply make up, and our clothes were getting damp long B4 we could even leave the house. Manager had no Idea what happened or when electricity would be coming back on. Needless to say we were not happy with how we were feeling or looking by time we got to Hotel on the site for the Wedding. We soon learned that this was a planned electrical shut down. PLANNED!! We should have been told a head of time. This absolutely ruined the wedding day for me and my family. This was the reason we came!

Amazing place!

This was a great property for our family of 6. Easy access to the pool and a short 3 min drive to the beach - or you can do the 10 min walk. Unit itself was perfect with extra blankets, laundry amenities, and basic kitchen supplies. Definitely recommend!

Great location and resort

We were a girl scout troop using the house for a trip planned by our teenage girls. House was clean, water pressure in the showers was good. Pool near house was great and girls loved using the resort hotel pool and beach. Size was perfect for us (11 total, 4 adults, 7 girls). Beds on the first level were full size beds (adults used) to separate from the girls. Wish they were queen size, but it worked out fine. Hosts were regularly in touch and super helpful with everything.

Great for our large group

We had a large group of 21 family members of all ages split across this Villa and a secondary property from the same owners and they were both clean and fully stocked with plenty of room and bathrooms to be comfortable. The view of El Yunque from the balcony is amazing. Everyone was friendly in the area and the booking process was easy. Vanessa greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the property. She is very friendly and was extremely helpful working with us to plan excursions ahead of our trip so that all our time was organized and we could see a lot of the island. We would definitely come back to stay again.

Wonderful

Loved this place! Our family of 9 stayed here for a few days and we had an amazing time. The home is beautifully decorated, spacious, and clean. Located in a tranquil, gated community, with access to a community pool and beach, and very close to El Yunque rainforest. They had board games for kids to play with, pool noodles for the pool, and boogie boards for the beach. The kids enjoyed all of that. And the kitchen has everything you need to be able to cook. The host was exceptional, always attentive and responsive whenever we contacted her with a question. The day we were supposed to get there, our flight got delayed and we didnt arrive until 1am. The host still waited for us at that time to show us the way to the apartment since it can be confusing the first time driving through the resort, especially at night. We were truly thankful to her for doing that.

A Perfect Week

Beautiful property with beautiful views. You can walk to the gorgeous beach. There are several steps to get into the condo so be aware. Everything was comfortable and the owner was superb to work with. Would absolutely stay again!

Great One Week Vacation

I travelled with daughter and family for a week at Rio Mar. No elaborate plans just time to relax. Vanessa's communication was excellent from a phone call the night before departure to unsolicited warning about rip currents on the weekend. The apartment was well equipped, clean and spacious. The Resort was lovely and the hotel was fun. Restaurant food and drink were very good. We visited Old San Juan for dinner and a lively night at the Sheraton Conference Center casino. A special local find was a small local restaurant across Rt. 3 on the road to El Yunque called Mi Vida Cafe, but it closes at 6pm. Another rooftop restaurant near Mi Vida Cafe called Bungalu was opened till at least 9. Richies fish restaurant has some unique dishes nd a fantastic view of the bay. The local pool was great and the beach uncrowded. One caution is that if you go off exploring in a car it is easy to get lost since there are few signs and even Google maps are not that accurate.

Excellent!

We were absolutely blown away by the level of hospitality provided by Vanessa. She truly wants all of her guests to be taken care of and enjoy their vacation. I'm not sure any VRBO host, super or otherwise, will ever live up to her. I could go on and on! You name it, she helped us with it. Cannot say enough good things about our week in Puerto Rico. Wyndham Rio Mar is HUGE and this villa is far from the main resort entrance - like you'll pass over 19 speed bumps to get there! Extremely quiet, clean, relaxing. Had one pool all to ourselves that's close to the villa, then drove a short distance (it's not far, it's just super HILLY) to another pool where we accessed the beach. Did the 3 course dinner at Palio in the hotel, which was spectacular. It's so easy to fly in to San Juan, pick up the rental car, and drive here (20-25 min depending on traffic). You are close to an amazing grocery store, restaurants, the rainforest. We did a day trip to San Juan and toured Bacardi and Old San Juan. Absolutely amazing trip, we love you Vanessa!!!!

Family vacation

Great location close to San Juan and lots of beaches. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms made it comfortable for our group of 6. The kitchen was a little tight for cooking and could use some attention. Otherwise a great place.

Vanessa was a great host! She greeted us in person. We had a great conversation with her and she provided us with alot of information. She was available at all times. The villa is located is a great location. We were close to many things/food options.
