"The first room I was in a quarter of the tv had a permanent blue hue so I asked to have the tv swapped out, at first they said no problem, then stated they were getting new tv’s in the rooms by the end of the week. I asked to be switched to a room with a working TV. They switched me to a double queen room, no problem. The bed closest to the tv had a mattress protector on it and I sweat really bad because of it. I switched to the other bed and woke up the next morning covered in itchy red bumps! I immediately addressed the issue with the staff who moved me back to a king room with a blue tv. Staff claimed to have had a company come check the room for “activity” and allegedly found none. I’m literally covered in bed bug bites from the middle of my abdomen to my ankles. The second room works not lock from the interior by the latch, only the dead bolt. The main floor men’s bathroom soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser did not work also. I’ve never been so disappointed by a hotel in my life!"
