「Esta bien ubicado si te mueves en el centro, no tenía agua caliente, tiene unas telas como cortinas que pasa la luz del pasillo lo que dificulta dormir. El inmueble está muy maltratado y viejo.」

「Im sorry for the property for writing this review but i feel obligated to write this review to help out other American travelers. For what it is the hotel was ok, a lil older and the rooms could have been cleaned better. But wow what a culture shock the area surrounding the property is to an American. I have stayed in cdmx, puebla, rivera maya, and Oaxaca and never once felt unsafe as i did in the surrounding area of this property. Once me and my GF checked in and saw the beach and grabbed...

「Hotel staff was welcoming, helpful and attentive. The room and facilities were great, what a view! A/C and free filtered water were lifesavers. Jésus was very kind and considerate to our needs.」

「Over priced for the room paid almost $100 a night and it was not that fancy I've stay in really nice hotels with ocean views paid less $100 so just my opinion over priced other than that it was okay quite and clean it said beach was 3min walking but really is 10 min walking」

「Es un hotel básico, limpio, estás a pie de playa prácticamente que eso fue lo que determinó mi elección. El trato de las chicas es amable, excelente. Tienes muchas cosas a tu alrededor comisa, tiendas. El único detalle es que enfrente tienen una "disco" (antro) que que si eres como yo alguien que no es de fiesta, lleva unos buenos tapones para poder dormir.」

「Estaba algo descuidado y los utensilios de la cocina tenían larvas. La habitación era un horno, se sentía más calor que afuera y el ventilador no era muy bueno, se sentía aire caliente Pero la ubicación era buena y el personal muy amable」

「Nunca hago reviews y menos de malas condiciones, pero realmente no recomiendo y no me quedaría ahí otra vez. En la noche no ahí agua en el baño, regadera y sink. Cuando llego en la mañana justo me estaba bañando y se fue otra vez. Ahí estuve con jabón asta que regresó. Dan un rollito de papel higiénico de los sensillos. Las toallas muy chicas y viejitas. 」

「Room was horrible, no a/c no towels ( we have one upon arrival) that was dirty and wet probably from previous guest. No bath soap, beds in bed shape, old linens, we keep asking for a couple of bath towels all day and we received only one with holes on it. Bathroom door busted with damaged lock, no elevator ( we stayed on 3 floor) so we dragged our luggage all the way up. They change the cost of the room at the last minute.(we end up paying per bed) HORRIBLE!!!」

「El Hotel me gusto mucho, practicamente tenia todo lo que uno necesita para tener unas vacaciones tranquilas y relajantes, ademas de que tenian convenio con el club de playa bacocho y en la entrada de la recepcion esta una persona que ofrece tours distintos para tomarlos si lo necesitan... El personal muy amable y la comida estuvo muy rica, sin duda es uno de los lugares a los que volveria a solicitar mi estancia ...」
