"Staff are courteous. Room has a plenty of space and smart Tv is a big plus. Four restaurants, pizza, ice cream and coffee bar make every day special. Too many adult zones and adult pools which is good for adults, but not for families with middle aged kids. So we swim in the sea most of the time. "

"It was an great hotel. Very modern, very clean. The pool/hottub is in the roof and is very nice. Staff were all very nice and helpful. The mattress was a little to firm but that would be the only complaint. Theres a bar next door that play live music late but your in Mexico and th a ts a bonus. Less thst a mile from the hitel zone. The hotel zone is more modern than the melacon and cleaner. Stove, microwave, fridge,coffee maker. Nice bathroom 🚻 "
