“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

"Overall satisfactory. Most of tourist destinations are within walking distance. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The owners are friendly and helpful. The apartments lie within a rather old building and occupy the second and third floors and there is no elevator. For guests seeking accommodation in Verona on a budget, this is acceptable. Buses to and from Verona PN are within 5 minutes walk."
