“I really had a nice stay at the hotel but I would not try out there Spa again. The room was very comfortable, an early check-in was possible, the food was okay and breakfast could be improved. The experience at the Spa was bad since they charged me a foot massage of an 60min and it is duration was much shorter.”

“Pro : - The location not too far from town - Hotel staffs are friendly - very satisfied with the breakfast. the food was good. it was perfect. Cons : - I don't like the position of the air conditioner as it was located far from the bed and there's a panel that blocked the airflow. - Internet connection is too slow. Please upgrade. ”

“Liked hotel and helpful staff. Nothing immediately local but frequent local buses which run til 8.30/9pm back take you to Sandakan centre (RMS .70) where you can get good selection of foods and drinks. Lots of shopping malls. Sepilok(Orangutans and Honeybears) Labuk(Proboscis monkeys) Australian war memorial and Heritage trail were good. Only waste of time and money was Gomantong Bat caves. 4hrs from Sandakan, my camera could not get anything due to it's great size and darkness. Maybe nighttime……

“Great hotel for an overnight stay close to the airport. Friendly staff, free airport shuttle, close to many restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!”
