「Staff are exceptional - friendly, kind, helpful. There's nothing fancy about the place, but nothing fancy is needed, given the surroundings. I especially enjoyed my balcony with the fan. Breakfast is decent and it's only a 20 min walk to the orangutan rehab centre and 5 mins to the rainforest discovery centre.」

「感覺就是住進了熱帶雨林，整個渡假村看似全是以木來建造的，而建在水塘面上的木橋就是用來連接餐廳與不同區域的房間。只要走在橋上，或者坐在餐廳，不論是早午晚，都有機會看見不同的雀鳥出現。餐廳食物款式不算太多，但味道美，份量大，價格合理。渡假村亦有為我們安排夜探雨林，導遊(lok)非常專業，能在漆黑的雨林裏找到住在林裏面的動物。遺憾的是這幾天每日有部分時間下着暴雨，所以能看到的雀鳥數量很少，希望下次再去時天氣好些」

「Great hotel for an overnight stay close to the airport. Friendly staff, free airport shuttle, close to many restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!」

「Liked hotel and helpful staff. Nothing immediately local but frequent local buses which run til 8.30/9pm back take you to Sandakan centre (RMS .70) where you can get good selection of foods and drinks. Lots of shopping malls. Sepilok(Orangutans and Honeybears) Labuk(Proboscis monkeys) Australian war memorial and Heritage trail were good. Only waste of time and money was Gomantong Bat caves. 4hrs from Sandakan, my camera could not get anything due to it's great size and darkness. Maybe nighttime...

「I booked for my father. He said that the room soooooo narrow and smells bad. He doesn’t have a pleasant stay for the night and he don’t want to stay anymore at this hotel. He also mentioned, he told the reception that he will leaving early, and the receptionist overslept and took few minutes to woke them up. Terrible. 」
