“Rooms are clean. It is dated and things are not 100%. For one night it was a good fit for us. ”

“感覺就是住進了熱帶雨林，整個渡假村看似全是以木來建造的，而建在水塘面上的木橋就是用來連接餐廳與不同區域的房間。只要走在橋上，或者坐在餐廳，不論是早午晚，都有機會看見不同的雀鳥出現。 餐廳食物款式不算太多，但味道美，份量大，價格合理。 渡假村亦有為我們安排夜探雨林，導遊(lok)非常專業，能在漆黑的雨林裏找到住在林裏面的動物。 遺憾的是這幾天每日有部分時間下着暴雨，所以能看到的雀鳥數量很少，希望下次再去時天氣好些”

“This is an old hotel, it used to be one of the best hotels in Sandakan before. Now I saw the building itself is outstanding there but I also realized that the quality of their service and maintenance are not perfect anymore because of recession by the pandemic. One of the reasons why I decided this hotel for staying, the review mentions a " nice breakfast". But they don't have it now. Regarding amenities like a shampoo and toilet rolls, it requires payment if you get extra. I stayed 2nights……

“進酒店後十幾分鐘,櫃臺人員才出現，無語！”

“Staff excellent. Many restaurants all around the restaurant. This is one of the finest food sanctuaries in town.”

“The place is very worn down and not particularly clean. There’s a strong, unpleasant, and stuffy smell throughout the building. The escape routes in case of fire seem questionable and not clearly marked. Overall, it feels poorly maintained and unsafe. Definitely not a place I would recommend for families with children.”

“Cleanliness, spacious room”

“裝修很符合Hello Kitty 的氛圍，女兒進去就發出一聲驚呼，但廚房水龍頭搖晃，睡覺翻身床板便嘎吱作響。共三房雙衛，還有一個停車位。訂房時附帶早餐，這是最大的騙局，只有幾包咖啡粉，其他什麼都沒有。入住交接鑰匙後，便人影全無，如果這種態度經營民宿的話，還是免了吧！”

“You get what you pay for. This was a budget hotel for us backpacking around Malaysia. It had what we needed. The air con remote didn’t work but the kind start replaced it for us. We got a room clean aswell after the first night. The staff are lovely. Only downside was cockroaches coming up the toilet drain but not sure how this could be prevented maybe a stopper at the top of the drain? We got rid of them with room bug spray.”

“I left and forfeited my two night paid reservation. It was that bad. ”
