Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Enjoying glorious views over the rolling countryside, Moles Leap is a self contained annexe with entrance porch, and forms part of the owner’s home. Situated back from the road between Sandown, 2 miles and Ryde, 4 miles, both renowned for their popular sandy beaches and family entertainment. It is an ideal holiday base for exploring many attractions, the rich variety of local scenic walks across countryside to the chalk downland and the stunning coastline, or if you prefer, relax in the large garden and simply savour the lovely view. Shops and pub 400 yards.

Fabulous few days

Warm and welcoming hosts. The lovely little annexe was spotlessly clean, warm and well equipped with a gorgeous view. Brading is a central location and was great for me returning to the island to catch up with old friends. I will definitely be back.

Our three day break

Was expecting a country cottage in a small village not a modern house on a main road however the views were outstanding and the accommodation spotless we would have liked a bit more privacy in the garden but overall very friendly did not meet the hostess only John not his wife but a lovely time.

Friendly and helpful owner. John hadn’t been told we were bringing our dog but he was very accommodating and it’s perfect place to bring a dog- there is even a hose to wash down a muddy Springer after a romp through the marsh flats- essential for our Sally!

The view over the garden was exceptional and the location ideal for touring to other visitor attractions. Train station only a short walking distance and many public footpaths and local pubs. The home owners were exceptionally friendly and on hand for anything that was needed although nothing was. The accommodation was spotless. Very pleasant accommodation attached to the house, the only slight issues was the tightness of getting into the drive and it being on the main road, however all said we managed to get our 4x4 in so don't let that put you off. This is the second time we have stayed here, albeit the last time was 13 years ago! It's a great little place with a nice garden for the dog. It is within walking distance of a few pubs and eating places. The bus stop is just down the road as is the train station. There is everything you need in the place should you decide to stay in.
