“We had a smiling face greet us at check in. We needed an extra pillow and towels and they promptly got them for us with a smile. The room was extremely clean. There is fresh coffee and hot breakfast each morning We were once again greeted with a smile and asked for feedback good or bad at checkout. If in the area would stay again. ”

“This is our 2nd stay everything was good. Well takem care of and updated. Everthing looks new. The shower is a bit small and the there is no vens in the bathroom for the heat. But aside from that we will keep staying here.”

She saw in our faces that something was off and she took the time to ensure my family was okay. “There was a nice breakfast buffet but food items that were supposed to be warm were not warm. There doesn't appear to be sufficient heating apparatus to keep warm items warm. The hotel appeared to have a large number of children as guests. The room above me was occupied by children running and jumping throughout my stay which was unfortunate.”

“Everything was fabulous but what really stood out is that it was the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel has a notice in the elevator about quiet hours being 10-7 and anyone under 18 needs to be with an adult if outside their room during these hours. ”

I have stayed here multiple times, I love that it's dog-friendly, staff is always so very welcoming. Breakfast is nothing to shout about... but there's coffee and juice and toast and a waffle machine. Eggs are powdered... Overall, a stellar deal for those staying in Altavista. ”
